Fun fact. The title is a pun. Jouji (情事) is a word for "affair" in Japanese. The English name George is pronounced Jooji in Japanese (ジョージ) which sounds exactly the same. That's why it's written as Jouji and not George. (情事ワシントン instead of ジョージ・ワシントン, all in all)
