@@himanshubhagat7679 do you even know how small the quantity of minerals is in water? you can easily compensate those minerals if you start eating healthy nutrient-dense foods, also yes the water is acidic but that too you can easily compensate by having some pitta-reducing foods in your diet, even if someone has problems like acid reflux, gastritis he/she can can fix it without removing RO, and not everyone are rich enough to boil the water they drink neither they have time to do so.

Hello sir really you explained very well, really we should be practical nowadays.
I can understand RO water is not affecting much, but day by day using this water for long term we will face health issues. As we know that our body contains average 70% of water. With essential minerals it should have micro cluster properties, so that it can absorb in our cells. Otherwise detoxification processes will not happen and also it should be little alkaline. Because our body blood will run at a pH of 7.34 to 7.45.
These properties will be there in natural water.but as we are growing we are not able to stay near any natural resources.
Hence we can use structured water. Which is not only pure water also we call live water.
If you are interested I know few things about this we can share the knowledge each other.

I am staying in Mumbai and here water is supplied through diff lakes which receives water during rains in monsoons. And then the BMC supplies it to households. This is best water I have used till now. And thats y we use kent's carbon filter.

what can one do with respect to hardwater for bathing? i have moved in hyderabad and heard that water here is hard. I researched a lot, but softening systems are very expensive- some even need to be installed on tanks. But i live alone, in a rented apartment, came to hyd for a job. Basic softning filters which are put around taps are very cheap (Rs 2-3k) and not sure if they are reliable. What should one do in case of water hardness for bathing? Thinking to use 2-3 buckets from RO purifier for bathing..

Because there we don't see water contamination because they have very strict when I mean strict and i mean very strict,rules, policies and systems so that's why air, water and other things are highly better there.
But in india yes you can drink for short term but do not drink for more then 2 weeks. Although myself has drinking indian water in Lucknow without filtration from past 19 years and did not encountered any problem but it's definitely not recommended I will also use filtration and all when my financial situations will improve.

I had back muscle spasm problems for 4 years. I tried multiple treatments including vitamin deficiencies, physiotherapy and all. Nothing worked. Then one doctor told me to strop drinking RO water.
I removed RO water and installed uv/uf only. Within 1 and half month my back muscles spasm went away. I have been suffering from 4 years just because of drinking low tds ro water.
Do not drink RO water. I can conclude this with my own experience.
