Are there two different sized subwoofers in that box? Maybe an 8”s & 10”s? Love this budget build. Back in the day, mid to late 80’s , anything, anyway, was fair game. As long as you were Bumpen, that was all that mattered. Props to this dude for getting it done. Thanks 👍💯

The big buck builds are nice for show, but nothing beats a low buck build and the ingenuity behind them.
When I first started I had a cassette JBL deck 45 x 4 with one RCA output going to a 500 watt pyle amp and a single 15 inch subwoofer in house speaker box. Stock door speakers as my tweeters and mids. All in a 93 Dodge Daytona.
Really cool, really reminds me of the 90s when we used to throw house speakers in our cars.😊😊😊

I did builds like that when I was a kid in my bedroom drove my parents & neighbors crazy
I started out with only a craftsman jigsaw for cutting and a corded drill. Lots of trial and error and reading through all the audio magazines for tips and ideas. Man, those were the days lol
Seems just as loud as my setup with 2 12s @ 500w. He did a good job being efficient.
Another favorite is when people do bassing on a budget well done.

Jacob, I wish you were near me so you could hear my $320 system. Kenwood KDC-HD262U, 2x Rockford R2D4 12's in an Atrend sealed box (1.25 cu ft per sub) on an Audiopipe APCL-3002. Rockford 4Ga wiring. All stock electrical I've hit a 141.3 dB @ 58Hz. All in a 2012 Chevy Cruze LS 6-Speed Manual.

A 150$ system that probably is louder than what I have. This was clean and plenty of bass for the money.
Magnets look to be decent size. If you don't go overboard on the wattage I bet it would get down. Nice to see what you can do on smaller budgets!

The very definition of banging on a budget. Way back in the early 90's my cousin and I would take subs from the house and throw them into the caprice because me and him just didn't have much cash. Budget and ghetto. Good times.

Outstanding, I have the amp, I used it for many years, upgraded from a Rockford punch 2 channel bridged because it over heated, and the pioneer didn't, on a Rockford p2 12" single 4 ohm, that amp will last a lifetime

I’m embarrassed for anyone to know how I started out at 15 years old mounting mixture of house speakers, old car speakers, stock woofer out of simi trucks, all into one box and who knows what final ohm load.
Nice its so loud 🔊 sweet now for competition use I don't think it's good but for sound quality bass it might be good.

Where are the subs from? I use a home 8 inch sub from a surround.harmen karden in a hatchback and it's perfect for me lol😂😂 thinking about adding one more. I have one more channel on my Rockford amp.

I've seen guys pay 4k on a system and still didn't hit or sound good. The shop did him dirty though. He was trying to flex in front of his girl

Come on now 150.00 dollars sound like that i got lanzar opti1522d and a kicker kx2400 mono black amp 2000 watt ppi for highs 46.5 mids nvx tweeters mine nowheres does this and two batteries i dont think hes showing all of his power

60watts rated, he didn’t have SPL but my ear felt around 140db
