If you’re actually digesting every gram and aren’t on a caloric deficit you don’t need more than 1 gram per pound of lean body mass. Will is 170-180 at around 12% body fat so that would be no more than 150-160 grams daily. 170-180*0.12 then 170 or 180 minus that number
@@theabrahamshow Ok can you show me something that contradicts this 2014 study? Also I made a little error. Since this study is purely about a variety of bodybuilders of different body fat % on a caloric deficit and they started at 1 gram it means LESS than 1 gram per pound of lean mass would be required while not on a deficit no matter how much work you’re doing. This adds up with other studies that didn’t isolate lean body mass and did it by total weight finding no benefit grams per pound. 170*0.7=119, 170*0.75=about 128. Let’s say this 170 person is at 12% body fat so about 150 pounds of lean mass. 150*0.8=120. You could claim anecdotal evidence that consuming 1 gram per pound works best for you but I can anecdotally claim otherwise. It usually goes thru huge ammonia spikes throughout the cycle (that is deadly to fish). It also creates beneficial bacteria that feeds off of the ammonia and is good for the fish. Once all the levels have stabilized it’s safe to add fish! Mollys are some pretty hardy fish though, so they might make it even if you didn’t cycle.

Addressing the "wasted calories" with the seeds/nuts: I recently started adding nuts (Almonds/Peanuts/Brazil) to my diet throughout the day, because before I'd be under calories at the end of the day, and then chow down on some junk. Ever since I did, I feel WAY more satiated and energetic.
@@jonasbutler7572 Not if you hit your protein goals as well - which is what I meant. I'm usually at around 170-180g protein anyway (I weigh ~175lbs), so instead of filling up the rest of my calories with empty carbs and "bad" fats, I instead add nuts/seeds throughout the day, so I don't have calories to spare in the evening.
Not a waste of calories. Not for him. Great source. Our body need good fats. They are very very important. Protein works so much better, when it comes with fats. (All protein powders have no fats). Eat the protein and the fat which comes with the food. Once a day our body needs a (protein) bolus. (After training best). Not complicated. 200g (for bigger guys 300g) Chicken breast … that’s it. Not complicated.
Ok I admit it.... I awake up on Will’s upload days excited to see what he has in store for us. And the days in between are 😒! I have tried to find other UA-camrs who are like Will but no one comes close! Thank you for being so entertaining, consistent, and not bad looking 😉❣️
WWE needs to find this talent, hire him for millions and promote him as the millennial "Mr. Perfect." This message is from an actual attorney, me. This young man is very talented--he understands performance!
tip for the rosemary water: Warm up a cup of water (do not boil it), drop a bit of rosemary and let it rest, when the water get a bit greener, transfer it to another cup and strain the rosemary out. Wait for it to cool down or just drop 2 ice cubes in there and drink it, it will be way better...when I drink it cold I usually add a bit of citrus.
Will just wanted to say that you really helped me stay consistent in the gym and understanding that in the day-to-day life you dont need to be super strict in your diet Im overweight myself since forever but my shape has evolved to a more aesthetic one after going to the gym Thanks for all the motivation and good vibes and stay funny as hell hahahaha
Holy shit Will......I had to watch this twice...first time regular speed and the slowed it down to half speed to understand your taking points. But love your channel, watch every episode.
I've said it already and I will say it again. Ollie is just the most adorable dog I have ever seen. I mean when you were eating curry I couldn't handle his cuteness anymore. It was too much! I looove him
How you're feeling trying to eat what Henry eats is exactly how I feel watching how the average person eats. I just started trying to get more fit. I'm 35 172lbs and struggle to get to 2000 calories. I'm working on it though
I know the struggle. Watching him eat this much food is insane. I'm finally able to put away 2000 calories after forcing myself to eat more than usual for about 3 weeks to stretch my stomach. I was miserably full but I'm finally no longer underweight while working out. I'm 25 so it took a while 🎉 have a great weekend!
Hi there's another Superman Workout that I tried quite a few years ago that was much more intense than this, not sure if you've seen it? It had two workouts per day and starts Monday with (workout 1) which is a Full body that looked like this ... Monday workout 1 - 2x Clean + 5x Kettlebell Squat @ 70% body weight (One combo every 30 seconds for 5 minutes) - 2x Two-hand KB Clean and Squat (One combo every 30 seconds for 5 minutes.) - 100 Front Squats (Body-weight, break into sets of 25 if you need to) - 3 sets of 15 reps Box Step-up - 3 sets of 15 reps Deck Squats - 20x Frog Hops + 40m Bear Crawl (Do 4 rounds of this combo, rest 2 minutes between sets) - 3 sets 20 reps: Man-Makers (with dumbbells) - 3 sets of 20 reps: Sit-Ups Monday workout 2 - Any Cardio Machine 10 minute (warm up) - 10 more minutes with Rowing machine @ easy Pace (warm up) - 6 sets of: 10x Bench Press (alternating arm, with kettlebells) - 4 sets of: 12x Military Push Press - 4 sets of: 12x Arnold Press - 2 sets of: 25x Squat Assisted Push Press - 4 sets of: 12x Hammer Curls Finish it off with “The Jonestown Sprint:” 45 secs of each exercise. 2 sets of each (perform as a circuit). - Plank Push Ups - DB OH Hold - KB Swings - Dead Hangs - Ball Slam - Wall Sits Does this (workout) ring any bells? Because I wanted to try and get as close to what Cavill did as possible and this looked like it, it says that it was based on Mark Twight's (Gym Jones information) and Cavill's own admissions ... but my problem is that it went against Mark's philosophy on recovery as it's 6 day workout with 2 workouts per day and Mark advises only 2-3 workout days p/w. Anyway, when I tried it I lasted a mere 3 days before quickly realizing I wasn't superman, though on a serious note, it was really down to lack of recovery time and I found it because impossible given the sheer volume AND muscle groups used (this is not a split format) to maintain. Anyways, I'd love to know if the workout in your video is 'the one' or what your thoughts are on the one I've shared because I'm looking for another challenge and would be so motivated if this was it! Thanks.
I have this entire workout written down, just checked the monday workout and it fits perfectly with what you descriped. I did that workout for 4 months before quitting it due to being busy with other aspects of life. The one you descripe is "the one". :)
@@EvilestGem Yup 4 months, i have been a regular in the gym for around 15 years at the time, and i was in peak physical shape of my life at that time aswell, having just finished up my military service. If you want i can send you the entire workout when i get back home (i'm on the road for the weekend)

Couch😂😂😂😂
Couch
The end of the video motivated me to keep going
Just wanted to go to bed. Now I saw this video. Will, stop stealing my gains!
I was so excited to see this upload lol. Half a week honestly felt like half a year
Addressing the "wasted calories" with the seeds/nuts: I recently started adding nuts (Almonds/Peanuts/Brazil) to my diet throughout the day, because before I'd be under calories at the end of the day, and then chow down on some junk. Ever since I did, I feel WAY more satiated and energetic.
Yeah the healthy fats are good for your brain function as well. However, it is a waste of calories when you could just eat a ton of protein instead
Yeah Ollie should have his own show
tip for the rosemary water: Warm up a cup of water (do not boil it), drop a bit of rosemary and let it rest, when the water get a bit greener, transfer it to another cup and strain the rosemary out. Wait for it to cool down or just drop 2 ice cubes in there and drink it, it will be way better...when I drink it cold I usually add a bit of citrus.
That was a winner . The Video plus the pep talk at the end. Great work Will.
@Henry Cavill Imagine how sad and pathetic you have to be to pretend to someone else.
PS:No one will actually believe you're Henry.
this man doesn't miss!! i went out and bought an apron and made a macro friendly snack recipe all thanks to you hahaha keep it up man!
6:30 i hope your camera man is your gf because if not... pls explain WILL !!😂
I dont think he was actually naked lmfaoooo. But yea that still better have been his gf.

Will I love your videos bro. I’m down 30 pounds since august and I watch you every day for motivation. Thanks homie.
Awesome video will, do you think you can try the Michael Phelps diet and training
Have you seen him swim? he would drown and Ollie would have to save him.
Loved the video and loved the message at the end. Thank you Will and especially Ollie!
Will just wanted to say that you really helped me stay consistent in the gym and understanding that in the day-to-day life you dont need to be super strict in your diet
Im overweight myself since forever but my shape has evolved to a more aesthetic one after going to the gym
Thanks for all the motivation and good vibes and stay funny as hell hahahaha
Holy shit Will......I had to watch this twice...first time regular speed and the slowed it down to half speed to understand your taking points. But love your channel, watch every episode.
His jokes always makes me like “wait, what”. An example “Ollie has me as a pet so obviously I need a pet”
I've said it already and I will say it again. Ollie is just the most adorable dog I have ever seen. I mean when you were eating curry I couldn't handle his cuteness anymore. It was too much! I looove him
4:25...123 g of protein for breakfast alone??? Bruh I dont even reach 123 g for the day. This is whole new level.
Hands down will is one of my favorite UA-camrs, he puts a smile on my face 💕
How you're feeling trying to eat what Henry eats is exactly how I feel watching how the average person eats. I just started trying to get more fit. I'm 35 172lbs and struggle to get to 2000 calories. I'm working on it though
I know the struggle. Watching him eat this much food is insane. I'm finally able to put away 2000 calories after forcing myself to eat more than usual for about 3 weeks to stretch my stomach. I was miserably full but I'm finally no longer underweight while working out. I'm 25 so it took a while 🎉
have a great weekend!
Smoothies will help, blended oats, greek yogurt and anything for flavour, maybe some vanilla icecream or flavouring.
really nice wholesome message at the end!! loving your channel bro keep it up 🤜🏻🤛🏻
Hi there's another Superman Workout that I tried quite a few years ago that was much more intense than this, not sure if you've seen it? It had two workouts per day and starts Monday with (workout 1) which is a Full body that looked like this ...
Monday workout 1
- 2x Clean + 5x Kettlebell Squat @ 70% body weight (One combo every 30 seconds for 5 minutes)
- 2x Two-hand KB Clean and Squat (One combo every 30 seconds for 5 minutes.)
- 100 Front Squats (Body-weight, break into sets of 25 if you need to)
- 3 sets of 15 reps Box Step-up - 3 sets of 15 reps Deck Squats
- 20x Frog Hops + 40m Bear Crawl (Do 4 rounds of this combo, rest 2 minutes between sets)
- 3 sets 20 reps: Man-Makers (with dumbbells) - 3 sets of 20 reps: Sit-Ups
Monday workout 2
- Any Cardio Machine 10 minute (warm up)
- 10 more minutes with Rowing machine @ easy Pace (warm up)
- 6 sets of: 10x Bench Press (alternating arm, with kettlebells)
- 4 sets of: 12x Military Push Press - 4 sets of: 12x Arnold Press
- 2 sets of: 25x Squat Assisted Push Press - 4 sets of: 12x Hammer Curls
Finish it off with “The Jonestown Sprint:” 45 secs of each exercise. 2 sets of each (perform as a circuit).
- Plank Push Ups
- DB OH Hold
- KB Swings
- Dead Hangs
- Ball Slam
- Wall Sits
Does this (workout) ring any bells?
@@MrRobinovitch Awesome man thanks. You did it for 4 months?!?!?!?!?
@@EvilestGem Yup 4 months, i have been a regular in the gym for around 15 years at the time, and i was in peak physical shape of my life at that time aswell, having just finished up my military service.
I am planning to give it another go this year, as i have just recovered from tearing one of my kneecaps apart, but currently i'm still going slow as to not provoke the knee.
If you want i can send you the entire workout when i get back home (i'm on the road for the weekend)
@@MrRobinovitch That would be awesome and I'd like to ask you a few questions about if you don't mind, thanks.
@@EvilestGem Sure, go ahead!
I am just beyond OBSESSED WITH ALL YOUR VIDEOS!!!
"Replace my other herbs" 😂😂 Love your channel Will, keep killing it!!
