If you get egg shell bits in your eggs, just use the remaining egg shell (the large portion still in your hand) to scoop the bits out. Much easier and you will not burn your hand.

One of the things I really like about this channel, is the total lack of toxic anything. Not toxic masculinity, no toxic gym bs, no "if you don't do it 100% the way I say to do it you're wrong and will FAIL" bs, AND he calls it out when he sees it in other places. Just Will and Kofi exploring all things fitness, trying to help everyone to demystify it all, and encourage others to be fit and healthy. It's definitely a rare gem.

Wow, really impressed that you keep going back and working on your swimming. There is an awesome noticable difference. I love swimming and have taught all age groups in the carribean for 15 yrs.
I see the biggest difference in the freestyle when one keeps their body flat like board by looking towards the floor of the pool and keeping their kick nice and straight (no bicicle kick, straighten the knees a little and point the toes).
I combine that with the arms...each arm rises from the water and enters with a slight bent elbow in frt of the top of your head. It glides forward ever so slightly then pulls back under your body.
It's almost as if your head stays straight on an axis, but the hips move ever so slightly with each Strike.

I love Magnus's videos. He's trained some of the best Celebrities out there. Alicia Vikander (Tomb Raider), Alexander Skarsgard (Tarzan, The Northman), Gal Godot (Wonder Woman), and James McAvoy (Glass). He actually goes with them to set everyday and watches what they eat, as well as works out with them while not shooting.
And he has a very good knowledge of CBR as well. That's the biggest secret of supraphysiological gains.

Use the broken egg shell top or bottom to pick up the little pieces in the egg. a) wont burn the ol flange, and b) the small piece of eggshell actually sticks to it, and you can like scoop it out.
Been following Magnus for a bit, gives really solid advice for people. He makes it known that to get ripped like some of these actors you need to be super consistent but allowing yourself a couple of “cheat” meals is important so you don’t fall off the wagon. Great job as usual with this vid 👏

Yes, I'm sure very few actors are "natural," but I have heard that they do receive doctor oversight to make sure there aren't any health complications, so it's not nearly as bad as athletes taking steroids in secret.

As a professional swim instructor I rate your swimming a 5/10 lol. Your hand needs to enter the water first then your arm follows through/reach forward when your hand goes in. Kicks to be be a bit higher (feet need to splash the water), and breathing your arm needs to stay up until your head goes back down. Not bad at all though!

Great physique will! Keep going. Lot of these movements are just for not to get bored with traditional ones. Why would you narrow grip row in a position where your legs are not locked ? To much energy to hold the position while you should be focusing on your lats. The one hand Dumbbell row with excessive rotation of the trunk, are you trying to work your obliques? And lastly the standing row where you begin in extended arm position in front of you, more tension on the front delt and lot of unnecessary momentum for the movement; just let the gravity do the job. I say stick to the basics. Gratz

I feel like while he says you can have fun with 3/20 meals the diet still feels very restrictive. And people like you Will has proved your meals doesn't have to be ultra clean and boring. There should definitely be a priority to make a meal high in protein and nutrition to be filling but after that you can get creative with the other things to make the meal more enjoyable.
That's the bit that I call bullshit with. Three cheat meals is falling off unless you're going ultra low on your other meals.
