- The thought of taking a young puppy away on holiday can be daunting, but they are surprisingly resilient and as long as you are unambitious in your walks and protect them from danger (including strange dogs) they will gain hugely from the experiences

Half the problem when taking dogs away with you is finding somewhere that will let you have dogs in their property.
You are right of course, but internet filters do make it easier to find those properties and our accommodation was booked less than a month ago, so there is availability about!

Thankyou, Im so glad they are helpful. Your dog can be calm if he learns how. All my GSPs would default to using their energy in a manic and boisterous way if they were allowed. Here they are waiting until they are given the OK to play as they are working dogs but on holiday, they play like any others. Usually they would be waiting to be allowed to hunt. Once they understand, they will be patient. 😃

TBH not sure they need it, she was always about😄 when they played on the beach Mavis was popped on a lead👍
