Yes, When I was worked in EPAM, Hungary. Exactly one of the employee asked this question, shall I be there in the same level for more years. Management replied yes. In India, it is otherwise, they are projecting us - we aren't talented. Later I realised, most of the western countries, are following the same approach, as long as you are performing well in the same level, they are not bothering about for your promotion or next level

வேலை நேரத்துல மொபைல் யூஸ் பண்ணாம, வேலைக்கு சம்பந்தமில்லாத விஷயங்களை பிரவுஸ் பண்ணாம பணியில் மட்டும் கவனம் இருப்பவர்கள் பொதுவாக 7-8 மணி நேரங்களிலேயே super productiveஆ இருக்கிறார்கள். அவர்கள் வீட்டிலோ பயணத்திலோ சொந்த வேலைகளை முடித்துக் கொள்கிறார்கள். அவர்களால் சுலபமாக 9 மணி நேரத்திற்கு மேல் ஆபீசுக்குள் இருக்க மாட்டேன் என்று தைரியமாக சொல்ல முடியும்
