Is the pocket in the lower control arm flat?

I have stock control arms and 2600 lbs bags and have same problem, have 2600 front and 2500 on the back ,should I switch 2500 to the front? Thank you

The problem is I have a dually 1 ton so I'm not sure I can get away with the smaller bags period I may have to make custom brackets to solve this
