The first time I watched one of his videos, he pulled the paper towel move. It was during the tp/paper towel drought here. "Look at this guy flexing with his whole roll wipe!" Subbed right then.

Deadass tho. Those celery seeds are a must in the coleslaw. If u don’t have I 100% recommend going out and buying some. They will last u for years and make a huge difference in taste

but he uses a spoon for everything no matter what he's making. I love it

I saw him use a spoon to spread stuff instead of a knife, tried it. Why have I been using a knife to spread stuff all my life? A spoon is WAY better.

Sam, I work in kitchens for a while and the first thing I was told is that when I put my knife down, the blade faces away from me, always. It really makes sense and its an important habit. Having the blade facing you can be very dangerous. You must also place the knife at the top of your work areas, not on the sides. Stay safe, you are a great cook regardless.

Nice, looks great! You inspired me to make cole slaw tonight w/Japanese mayo. I made some pork burnt ends by cutting up some pork shoulder into cubes w/ BBQ seasoning and grilling with BBQ sauce and making a sandwich using brioche buns. Thanks for the inspiration!

Made this. It's literally amazing. 2nd best sandwich I've ever eaten in 38 years. The 1st is a restaurant called cork town in duluth, mn. I just bundled all their hot n cold sandwiches into the #1 spot.

onion gravy dip idea was incredible. Before I smoke a brisket I remove a few inches of the flat because it is thin and usually the driest part. I turn that into pastrami. .

I learned somewhere to use mayo instead of butter for grilled sandwiches. It really makes the bread toast up well without getting soggy. Definitely worth trying.

We make these at work! Delish! Pro tip. Dump the coleslaw. Heat the pastrami in the beef broth. Prep it just like a grilled ham and cheese.

Hey Sam, The HALO citrus company out of California has seedless lemons. I was selling them up here in Ontario Canada at a Sobeys store back in the winter.
