A brave airman of yesterday the forefather of today's vision of yesterday's jet propelled vehicles replacing ridiculously priced "jet assisted take off" rockets...on a early model Chevrolet sedan... with today's cool hobby turbines.
Looks like fun, not sure you would get to fly for too long those turbines a greedy beggar's . Would like to have seen a few more fire extinguishers and some guys ready to use them though!
Actually, for Paramotoring it would be interesting. I am not sure the spool-up/down response rate would be as good as a prop or electric, but no propeller or cage required.
I don't want to be a wet blanket, BUT WHERE IS THE SAFETY OFFICER???? You have a guy literally wandering about with two high temperature jets on his back, and a guy walks around the back with a microphone!!!!!!! I could see the guy setting Marc up at one stage tried to stop him twisting and turning all sorts of ways, but he gave up by the looks of it and cleared well away. It may be okay when you are in the sky, but on the ground with human beings around. If Marc, wearing the jet kit has used in in the air, he should know better to take care when on the ground. If one of those guys was a stunt co-ord for the movies, he needs his head read. The stunt was great, but unplanned by the looks of it. The only people out on that field should be Marc and the guy setting him up, anymore people is not needed or acceptable.
@@EssentialRC Okay, but why let that guy go behind Marc as he was getting it started? Sorry but its more than just knowing how to use a fire extinguisher, its preventing the cause of use of the fire extinguisher.

Its like watching the genesis of Iron Man...or Wille E Coyote with the newest ACME product.
ACME, for sure
Meep Meep
That jet pack was the silliest thing I ever seen on here. Made about as much sence as morbius. 🤣
& still flying rc with gas/nitro engine🤷
Now add a paraglider👍👍😮😮
Wow, cool jet packs, awesome test

Ok that’s like too much fun. I want a go 😎. Something in this, Turbine racing 👍🏻. Great you got it on video 👍🏻
A Mandalorian without his armor! And the propulsion points in the wrong direction 😁
😄
Pull up, pull up!
I need 1!😁
Nice one Dom and great seeing you again, hope to see you at cosford if your attending.
Bit of a trek...but hope so buddy
The cart looks like fun. The other thing is going to wind up on a "Darwin was right" video.......:).
Let's hope not. Marc is an alright guy.
VERY COOL 🇬🇧✌🏼
Thought this was Colin Furze channel for a second lol

OK, just how much fuel is it burning compared to a normal two-stroke motor?
I think each engine would burn through about 6 litres of fuel in 7 minutes during a regular RC jet flight
@@EssentialRC Glad I'm not paying the fuel bill then....
not so sure 3 wheels is the best way to go here
Don`t think Gravity Industries will be to worried yet! I have that same kite buggy, wonder how many EDFs I need to attach to get it moving?....hmmmm.
Think how much lipo you would need!
Either put wings on the go cart or launch the test pilot "fly Robin fly". Sorry, the Anatov 0was much more exciting
Might be fun but it really has no useful purpose. BTW a firesuit and helmet might be helpful.

He must have been standing behind me, the cameraman, with several fire extinguishers ! 🤣

@@tomgeorge3726 No idea Tom. I focus on filming and my own safety at these gigs.
Pointless gadgets. Crying out for nutters to do something entertaining with them.
