I've been playing for years and am decent at playing fairly complex songs, but I still can't improvise at all. I like this track because it's almost as simple as it gets. Maybe it'll help improvisation click for me. If not, I'll just move even further down to one chord tracks lol
play C major ( C ionian) over the C then play F lydian over the F, I tried playing F melodic minor just for shiggles and gits over the F but since its a major four and not a minor four it does not fit.
