Hi brother, I own cb350rs. It makes clicking noise at once when releasing the clutch on the first gear. I can't understand what is the issue if you can help. Thanks in advance.
My Clutch failed while riding the bike Yesterday it was completely fine no issue in pickup or gear change, I didn't do any adjustments for the complete 17250 kms, but clutch failed all of a sudden When I said them to check of any manufacturing defect service people did not agree. I don't really understand how a clutch plate failes while riding without any prior symptoms. And after changing the clutch plate, facing abnormal vibration Seriously no idea how to proceed. Service guy is telling it's due to new clutch plate and new sprockets. When I accelerate I am feeling vibration in footpegs, tank and hand bar, when I hold the clutch, not feeling the vibration then it should be from clutch plate or engine. Anybody chnaged clutch plate How is the vibration post changing the clutch

tell me one thing, the fuel pump in cb350 family seems to be outside, so is there a chance of fuel getting stolen from the exposed pipes going to the pump?
Nothing is impossible if you have the budget and the right people working on it. However apart from the feel of kick starting a bike, it has no added advantage. If you have a failing battery, you cannot kickstart modern bikes since the fuel pump and many other components need power from battery to run the engine.
I have managed to get a copy of Honda CB350 Highness Shop Manual. May be you already have that, but if not and you need it let me know I can share it with you.
This bike handle is not stock, hence metal bar ends could be installed. In stock H'ness handlebar there is no option for metal barrends( till 2022 model) don't know about the 2023 onwards model.
Though my comment would seen misfit for this video, but I want to ask one thing. Though my CB350RS only 400kms old.. I have noticed while city riding when I'm riding slowly or lazily the gear shifting only for 2nd to 3rd feels hard or jammed at times. But when I'm on freeway shifting feels normal. Any suggestions ? The clutch play and clutch matching is set accordingly manual.
The engine is new. Thumb rule is for 1st 1000 kms ride it as the bike wants to be ridden( in these 1000 kms, you might come across many such small to mid level glitches) Even after 1st service it might stay for some more time). From 1000 kms or after 1st oil change & service, all these should go away. Check it till 1500 kms in the ODO, if the issue still persists (which is most unlikely), then you might inform to the ASC. Thank you.
@@DipayanBose Thanks for the prompt reply🙏. As my bike completed 30days I had to do the first service as per schedule, wished could have drove 600+ kms before first service. I will wait till 1500kms. Keep posting more innovative(jara hatke) videos.
2nd to third will become easier with 3k kms on it. But first to second second to first is a big head ache. It gets stuck in neutral and won't engage. Trick is if it doesn't engage in second go to first n vice versa

My Honda cb350 has run 33k but now I face gears slipping from 1st to neutral or sometime doesn’t get in 1st gear

It got damaged and needs to be changed
What was the purpose of this? Also does this wind shield provides any real life value coz it looks very cool
No purpose as such. just curiosity.
The windshield is more for the aesthetics than purpose. And below 100 kmph windshield is not required.

Also my bike is taking long to cold start even after 3 minutes the rpm is high

strainer contains any debris/dirt?..how much percentage clogged?
I may be wrong with those two words. Said it with the flow. It catches engine wear outs perhaps
no any contaminants in strainer?...oil first circulated through the oil filter...my bike odometer reading 23k....need a clean?

Many parts available locally. Like oil filter is from shine sp. and for OEM parts, of course you need to buy from company only.
