Why do you need to change your clutch basket?Was the slipper clutch not set in the old clutch basket.Because in the video you made of slipper clutch, you did not mention that I am using R1 5 version 3 clutch basket in it. I have also changed fz normal clutch to slippers clutch , but the difference is i had given brake in period of 400 to 500km so that I would not face this issue (the 1 month or 1k km of a gentle use when u get a new bike , same as that)

In my fz v2 i have a strange problem, below 4000 rpm in every gear bike riding smoothly without any sounds but after crossing 4000 rpm bike start to vibrating a lot and also hearing a grinding noise in the engine. Engine is also getting hot excessively. I don't feel like i'm riding a yamaha bike it's feels like a hero honda

Hello bro, currently im using motul 10w 40 oil , can i use motul 20w 50 on fzs v3 ? Is it better than 10w 40 ? I have seen ur chain noise video it is so much helpful really , i went to showroom and also external mechanics they just saying its like that only sound comes , i have checked my self the chain lock is worn out , i will replace and also in my byke oil is slightly leaking from front sprocket what should i do ?
10w 40 is not for fz they are for r15 for fz 20w 40 or 20w 50 is best i my self is using motul 20w 50 fully synthetic and its very smooth and m happy the performance.! check sprocket lock also check if the front sproket is worn out if yes just replaced front sproket.. I just did the same recently and those lil vibration are gone ! Check if there is leak is from the front sproket shaft if yes then you need the oil seal replacement.!
Hi bro, My bike gives jerks when shifting gears. It happens mostly when accelerating. If I down shift the gear, it will be normal. I am suspecting it could be clutch bell rubbers or chain sprocket rubbers. Can you tell me if there is any other thing that needs to be checked?
Ok that sounds interesting coz I was also having similar issue about 7 months ago but mine i guess it was issues both ways while accleration and declaration.. ya you need to check clutch bell rubber along with that check the damping rubber in rear wheel that is another reason for jearks. Also tell me one thing are you having difficulties to shift gears? Like you have pressed the clutch lever to shift gear and as soon as you release it it will produce more power at once and then you feel underpower is that also happening?

I am having same in my r15 . My mechanic was saying it was due to clutch bell issue and they need to take it to laith work and fix clutch bell. Is it needed or as u said change primary gear or both to be done
Yes change that gear too as I mentioned in video even I changed the basket and the noise was still there it was resolved only after changing the primary gear.

It will work on both the basket I would suggest you to go with the stock one only in case if you want to switch back to a orignal set up in future or else v3 should be fine ...I have used both on MY FZ and both works fine.

Hlo mine fzs was making "khat khat "from handle bar ....then I changed coneset and.after changing it again making that khat khat sound on hard braking and pothholes...service centre guy told me that u have replace your front tyre ..because it's worn out ..does .worn out tyre make any sense ..related to handle sound.??. Or they just fooling me
They are fooling... thy might have not fixed the cone tight. 2nd there could be bearing issue from the front tyre. But if you are sure it's from the cone then get that tight .. it has happened with me as well long time back.

Both basket are lil differences in hight. I changed it coz I had some gear shifting issue but basket was not the issue.

@@satishbalbuddhe8958 no.... i learned from a friend who is a kawasaki mechanic that in my case apart from the fact that the noise is a bit annoying theres nothing to worry about, many bikes have it and its not really a problem and its not damaging anything inside the engine.
Bro you only put 1 litre oil in engine.
1.2L is required
I added the extra oil later. 1.2 is required with new oil filter. if its only just oil change than 1 ltr is enough.
@motomentor I added 3 months back 1L engine oil .
I checked oil level it is above minimum almost close to maximum
I added liqui moly 15 w 50.
I ride almost 2k km .
Oil is bit sticky.
When should I change it

Sad to hear and I would agree now a days the spare quality has gone down yamaha must think about this coz their bikes are already so expensive.

@@motorcu7389 I don't think so, I'm riding my r15 v2 from last two years with that clutch sound no problem till now everything fine
