I loved binge watching this!! You’re so inspiring, funny and a good all around human - I laughed and cried and learned more things even though I have already watched all of these in the past. Someday I hope to get my “shed” set up and just get started making things again with whatever wood is just lying around! God bless you and the work you do - thank you so much.
So I must admit though Nova has watched this a few times from her playpen today I actually paid attention to the first part for the first time.... that is some HECTIC editing of many many pallety goodness memories. I don't wanna know how long that took. Well done mate!
Loved this montage. Your life philosophy is inspiring - "just get started" - every person who reaches their midlife crisis will take strength from that. I did. Thank you!
Been following your channel for a while. Because of you and your honesty I started back up in woodworking. After my dad had passed, I lost the passion. Because of your vids and others alike, I feel a like there's a fire inside of me to do what I've always loved to do. For the folks out there, that want to start doing woodworking, Keep it simple. I find pallet wood projects to be the best way to get started. Thanks, Dainer for the video. Look forward to many more

I started my woodworking journey 2 years ago with the purchase of a DeWalt planer (thicknesser) and I am learning as I go. Your videos are a constant source of information and encouragement. Thank you for sharing your story and life.
Loved every second. I recently needed to build a coffin for one of my doggies. Had a vision of the design and completely mucked it up. She got a plain wood box. I see you show your mistakes and it reminds me that it's ok. Sucks, but it's ok. Thanks for your videos.
I am appreciating your videos! I have been so excited to start on any kind of a woodworking project but everybody that I watch makes it seem like I could fail. I loved your video how you showed me how you started. Because that’s how it’s gonna look when I start and you made me feel like it would be OK! Today I’m going to Harbor freight and I’m going to buy a planer and some c-clamps and I’m gonna go out in my garage and I’m gonna have fun! Completely inspired to start moving by you!!!❤
So... after spending many, many hours watching you and other woodworkers make lots of sawdust while i wasnt in a position to make much myself i am finally in a position to Just Get Started. Yes, I am 'borrowing' someone else well equipped workshop, and yes, I am using pallet wood but there's a bloke not 2 minutes down the road who deals with local and exotic woods and I have access to his scrap and offcuts. Like silky oak, and aussie rosegum, and this really cool bright orange wood from God Knows where (South America I think) and loads of other woods I have no idea where they're from or what they are. But its all free, like pallets! I made a thing for someone for Christmas. Then I made the same thing, but bigger and better for another someone, also for Christmas. Then another someone saw what I made as gifts and were giving away and asked me to make one for them. And they paid me..! A stupidly big amount (enough for me to live on for a week!) for what is essentially a beginner level scrapwood challenge but ... WOO! So, I've made 3 things so far. It's not much but it's a start and I feel strangely vindicated (there were negative Nancy naysayers who think I'm nothing more than a Gunna cause women dont just take up woodwork, especially those in their 50s) but accomplished too because im doing something I've always wanted to do: Join bits of wood to other bits of wood, make art, and pay for groceries ....or, at least, cover the cost dogfood and buy more sandpaper and lots of titebond3 lol

Great video mate, really have enjoyed watching your videos mate, and seeing all the cool stuff you have made from pallets, hope you and the pup is doing well and keep making 👍 👊
Mark, you have been an inspiration to me, and no doubt everyone else who have found your channel. I binge watched your vid's making comments on the way through. Not only did it "Just Get Me Started" , but I'm now making less firewood trying things which are turning out almost presentable 👍. One day I'll see if I can sell something 🤞. I’ve been following your channel for a couple of years now. I’ve tried practicing my wood crafting skills by making and maintaining my kids tree house. I’m very proud of it, I just put on a new roof. Most of the house is done with pallet wood but I still need to get more tools. Still waiting on a good used table saw deal. Keep up to good work, you have fantastic skills, you’ll cover your debt eventually
Dainsey, my friend, because of you... I just got started. I've got 4 pallets in my truck right now and working to make enough slabs to build my first workbench. Thank you for the inspiration.
I have just picked up my first table saw, once I pick up some clamps I’m going to do some pallet blocking! Love your videos, always entertaining, educational and most of all inspiring. Also, definitely go Full Business Human! 🤘🏻
Loved this montage. 👍🏻 ..and I’m getting started! My wife bought me a dewalt table saw for my birthday 🎁😁 I’m going to build my portable table saw bench from scratch with pallets. Well the frame anyway, already have an old bench they I’m going to reduce the top from. Your videos are inspiring, I had a side hustle myself of picture framing, now I’m making my own frames from pallet wood 😁
Hi, I've watched several of you videos. I'm intrigued. What finishes do you use to make the colours of the wood pop out the way they do? By the way, awesome videos!
