I recently had this problem. I went to Spotify Artist Contact and used the “Message us” button. At first you’ll talk to a bot but then the bot will mention that you can talk to a agent if your problem is still occurring or hasn’t been solved.

I have a problem that has to do with the whole thing:
I also changed my artist name but now all my new releases are uploaded to the old artist account. I can report that it is on the wrong artist but only after it has already been published. Can someone please tell me how to add it to the new one from the beginning? It is also important that when I select which artist I want to choose, the new artist name is not even available for selection
What about the verification sign ? i have access to both my old and new profile account on Spotify but only the old one is showing the verification sign as an artist. Should I reach out to them or will it be updated automatically? I don’t wanna remove the old profile until this is fixed…. Thanks in advance for your advice!

Hello :) , thank you for your informative video. I just found out that my Spotify page was hacked. The hacker has uploaded songs from other artists so that my account is now completely blocked by Spotify. Do you have any idea how an artist can take action against Spotify ? You'd need to distribute your music through a digital service provider like Distrokid, Tunecore or any other!
