They were at Ulta and Target for a long time, and I noticed their re-brand. Now I know why! I didn't realize ELF bought them. I didn't fall in love with any of the products, but I didn't hate them. They're good for people looking specifically for "clean" beauty.
You’re so pretty you don’t even need makeup, but I love this look on you. And your brows look great to me! I get what you don’t like about those products though. I’m gonna have to try out that mascara, and maybe the eye palette too. Thanks for posting this video and the honest review.
You make everything look clean & beautiful!! I love the classiness you give... however, I looked at each item via your link... maybe the bronzer & blush/bronzer palette but most of the products are a no for me bc of how oily it would be on my mature skin as it would crease!! Thanks Taylor.. gorgeous 💟💞🎀💋💄💋🎀💞💟 I do love the red undertones of the complexion products, eye shadow & lip stick but again, that's your talent & those colors are beautiful on your skin!! Accentuates your dark hair, brows, & hazel eyes!!♥️♥️♥️♥️
I tried one of the mascaras. It wasn’t my favorite but oh my goodness! When I washed it off, my eyes burned so bad! I tried it one other time and the same thing happened (hadn’t used any other new products either day). It happened again so it went straight in the trash. I’ve never had that happen before!
I've got very mixed feelings on clean beauty, but I'll get behind fairtrade & cruelty free is a must. Thank you for reviewing a brand I wasn't even aware of.
I am dry skinned and I love a sheer base. Most of what you showed would be great for me. The turn off was the eye pencil. I sort of dig the gold lip balm.
Another great honest video. I have not heard of this brand and I don't think I have seen it at the Targets I go to. I really liked the cream blush and highlighter as well as the pallet. The eyeshadows colors don't look like they go together, but you did a great job pairing them up! I really liked how smooth they went on. I will definitely look into these items. Thanks for sharing...💚
Hi, Taylor!! How are you? This was such a great review!! I havent heard of this brand, until now. The eyeshadow, face palette, lipstick and mascara looked really nice. I will have to try one of those out soon. Thank you, Taylor!! Have a wonderful week!! ❤️
I wonder when ELF acquired them. I saw a lot of their products at TJ Maxx/Marshalls about 6 months ago. The packaging is different that the products I purchased.
I keep seeing their products at TJ Maxx and Marshall's too. Yes, they've definitely changed the packaging. This is a line I've seen at Target but due to it being clean beauty I just won't waste my money on it. I don't wear makeup everyday so to buy products that'll go off faster than those with preservatives in it would literally be like throwing my money in the trash. I had the misfortune of buying a clean beauty product not to long ago that was already bad. I'm usually really good at researching before buying but on that trip I had left my phone in the car. Since there were only a few of that item left I decided to give it a chance. Well now that's not going to be the case for me anymore. If I happen to leave my phone behind I'll be doing the same with a product that catches my eye, lol...
@@lipstickzombie4981 my thoughts also! I've seen an youtuber mostly with clean beauty products review a tinted SPF that costs 60 $ ???? I mean i have to pay bills , gas, electricity , food and one year small toddler with his own requirements, let's cool it down a little bit, i think my L'Oréal Age Perfect BB cream, or Mishha one can do the job perfectly without cutting an arm or leg 😅.
I noticed after buying a lot of well people products that they aren’t that good and they are overpriced. Then I look at reviews and they are all 4.5 stars so I’m shocked by this, so I notice all their reviews on Target, Ulta, Wells People, etc have reviews all that are promotional reviews meaning they get free gifts to leave positive reviews. A good company doesn’t need to scam like this. I have never seen a brand to do this outside Sunday Riley and we all know about their review scam. The charcoal powder exfoliator is really cool if you travel a lot but it’s still overpriced for as much as you need to exfoliate decently, at $18, it’s overpriced. What’s up with people not bringing attention to the scam they are running. Every other product I’ve used in their brand I got better results from Elf, Wet and Wild even, Makeup Revolution, Colour Pop, Ordinary, Milani, daylogic, Pixi and the skincare on the low end of the price range. The elixir facial oil is like a $4 facial oil and they charge $25. It’s ridiculous.
I loved W3ll People for years. Then they reformulated their products. rebranded and discontinued some products. And after looking at their ingredient lists they seem to have added fillers.
I noticed there isn’t a link for the face brush. What’s going on with that? I absolutely have no need for a new brush but they are my favorite brand product. I love the IT and ELF so I am curious. When a brand like ELF owns another brand but the prices are so much more than the inexpensive products it makes me wonder why I would try the more expensive.

It’s nice that she’s showing us all the different products, but it’s unrealistic using them all on her face in one go. It would be more valuable if she separated the products and showed two looks (creams versus powders, for example). It would be more effort, as she’d have to remove the makeup in between, but I think it would yield a higher quality video. Also, how can you tell whether any of these products lasts longer than the 20 minutes of this video? No wear tests or anything. She’s pretty and fun to watch, tho.
I didn't know this brand was owned by e.l.f cosmetics, I tried a couple of products from the brand but that was yrs ago and I remember not being impressed, but after watching your review I think they deserve another try... thnx!... I forgot to ask, did you like the tinted moisturizer? how did it hold up? ... hugzzz 💜
Ahh, Well People. Now, I know what went wrong. Their original powder was the best powder ever- the Bio Brightening one. Then, they took out key ingredients- I think maybe pearl or silk, and it’s never been the same. I have resented the brand ever since. Now, I know why!! Thanks Elf for ruining it! Ugh!!! Yes, the mascara looks great, but don’t get it in your eye as it burns and waters like crazy. They knew it had an ingredient that caused it, but only a certain percentage of the population was impacted so they took their chances. Another fail (pre-Elf buyout). Lastly, the concealer. It goes on great, but it’s crease city and that’s even on dry skin. I just totally walked away from the brand. Can’t support it. 🤷🏻♀️ only way they would win me back is if they brought back the original powder, but I bet raw ingredients were too expensive.
I was wondering about this too! I have a friend that swore by this brand, only wore their base makeup (tinted moisturizer, powder and blush) and she loved it! She used their mascara too and loves it but must not have sensitive eyes. I was interested in the concealer- thank you for sharing!
@@lipstickzombie4981 look how well that turned out for Bite Beauty! Removed lanolin from their best selling products and all the cards fell down. Whoops.

I am with this comment 100%. Clean beauty has no definite definition. Cruelty free and fair trade does!

Great review!! I would love to see some Clinique products reviewed. Thank you so much. Love your channel.
Currently looking to switch to clean beauty I love the honest review. I really loved the eyeshadow on you
Hey Taylor. Looking gorgeous as per usual. Was wondering how the eyeshadow wore and also the mascara? Any flaking? Hard to remove? Thanks so much.
The mascara is incredibly comfortable and I had similar results with little to no flaking
@@spaingirl87 thank you!!
I had no issues with flaking and the eyeshadow wore well on me!

Been wearing their loose translucent finishing powder for years…really good! 🤩
Great video. I have a few things from this brand. What color did you get in both tinted moisturizer and concealer?
Definitely intrigued by that mascara!

I remember trying there stick foundation-it just felt so thick, heavy and sticky on my skin. It was actually low coverage- I had to throw it away.
I looked quite shiny at the end of the day too

Yeah the brows weren't great. You'd think elf does such good brow products that these would be good.
Because W3ll People has always been an exclusively clean brand, theirs a lot of ingredients they won’t use that go into other brands’ brow products.
