The L’Oréal EverPure Bond Strengthening Concentrate is the exact same ingredient list as the Acidic Bonding Concentrate except some fragrance ingredients at the end - makes sense since each line has their own fragrance. Bb If you compare them on Skinskool they are 99% similar. The shampoo and conditioners for both lines are very different though as you mentioned.
yes the concentrates really do have the same ingredient lists! the shampoos are different. but yeah our money is going to the same place anyways hahahahh
@janethechemist Are there any acidic bonding shampoo/conditioning products that come close to the redken acidic bonding concentrate line? I love it myself but it's too expensive. Also interesting video I love comparing higher end products to lower end and letting us know based on the ingredients how different they really are and if the price difference really is reflected in the formula. Also I'd love to know about olaplex clones, I've heard that other products can't use whatever is strengthening disulfide bonds that they have patented but I've seen plenty of Korean (like Dr. Bokgoo) and other brands who have olaplex-like products that look similar and claim to have these bond building ingredients. There is alot of misinformation around it in the hair community and lots of people claim that olaplex is the only product that can offer this bond support but I have a feeling that it isn't true.
They are both owned by the same company l'oreal. The l'oreal one even has now mentioned on the website up to 14% citric complex. But the key term here is "up to" meaning it may be way lower. The l'oreal elvive concentrate clearly marks 12%. I think it will just take a little longer to see the benefits compared to redken as it is all about diluted products for this price point. So yes it is a dupe...but a diluted dupe.

Ever Pure works. My current focus is affordability and effectiveness. Not too finicky about scent myself. It can even be scent free.

I've seen the Redken High Rise Volume shampoo EVERYWHERE on my socials, do you think it's ok for normal hair but with drier ends?
