I’m a semi beginner?! Started back in late July/ early august and had a goal to have 15 Pilate sessions in this month of September and I got 14..but regardless! 14!! (Have a hectic life and still managed!! Like all basically) & going into the month of October im so excited to be able to look back know I’m getting better and how proud I should be and am of myself so thank you for all this free content you provide us with
