    I'm back to Pilates after a long hiatus! This class was humbling. I'm ready for the 14-day challenge!

    My other favorite Pilates class of all time! I love how short and effective it is. Trying to find a similar one on the membership also. I also love the 14 day challenge because it mixes things up and pushes me harder on some days.

    Hi Beth. Really love your classes....even the intro music. It makes me smile . Lol. Looking forward to the 14 day.
    Ps. I think my core really needs the attn ....I shook for the whole 5 mins. 😅
