    heres a quick video on me changing the oil on my 1995 gmc sierra sl c1500 this is a v8 with the 5.0l engine and a 5 speed manual transmission. i will also be changing the engine filter and some other parts in future videos .thanks for watching

    That goofy filter cover flip does nothing but pull in hotter air equaling less horsepower and pull in more dirt and dust.

      ​@@Riding95151its because gm vehicles r often canadian/colder climate made so u run thicker oil if u change every summer and winter

      Should I run 10w40 if I live in Georgia? It gets really hot here in the summer, not consistent 98° hot but it definitely gets close. I gotta 96 5.7 w 270k

    Can I take off the pre-heater hose connect to the air cleaner? Is that affect anything? Thanks

      Ur best bet would just be flipping the top of the air filter lid. But personally I’ve never seen a difference by putting it the way he did and only feels like the air filter gets dirty quicker.
