Part 2 of our VEGAN SUSHI series, Chef Eddy shows how to make 'VEGAN GUNKAN SHUSHI' two ways with sweet corn and edamame beans. You wont believe how delicious it is!
Been following your recipes for a while now! I recognised your Bee-well mayo and thought "hmm isn't that south african" So stoked to know you're in Cape Town!
I live in England, have just discovered your channel and enjoyed the few videos I've seen so far. I tried making vegan sushi, but I think my rice was slightly warm... the nori became soggy and it all smelled like raw fish 🤦♀️Would it smell or taste fishy if I'd done it with really cold rice? This is my first time making sushi and I really wanted to like it! I love your videos and I will be watching all of them 😊 Keep up the good work 🙂
Many thanks from Singapore. I will try it.
This looks delicious, I have to try it out! Thank you so much Eddy!!

Let the rice cool to room temperature before using it. The nori should smell like the ocean... but good luck and thank you for you support!
@@SidOhzen thank you so much for your help! I look forward to seeing more of your videos 😊
