What I really like about vegan recipes is that usually I would not be able to make something because I was out of milk, I didn't have any eggs, I didn't have any butter, but since I've been following vegan recipe blogs and video creators I no longer have to worry about that because now I have all of these things in my pantry that I can use as substitutes. There's literally nothing I can't put together anymore and I love it. 😉
