I watched Brownwood construction vidios all the way through! I thought it might work for us retirees in late 60's, then we had grandchildren and more of our 3 sons staying in NE Ohio! Well, we are still here in Ohio at resent time. We have three sons and 4 grandchildren up here in Ohio! So as we enjoy our kids and grandkids, I travel with yo and Tiffany, and my Jerry and Linda (newcommers), and I watch Skip Smith! Love to see both sides of the coin, and love that you and Tiffany are having such a good time in

Glad you had fun! We closed on our house on Monday, so looks like we just missed you guys! That cart is just so quiet - gotta think it's an EV? Def interested in your thought process once you decide on a cart, as that will likely be one of our first purchases too. I gotta ask - how long does it take before you feel comfortable driving the golf cart without the GPS? I was clutching the GPS for dear life (LOL) while my wife drove the golf cart, so hoping that will pass? One thing I do like about being in Dabney is how the walking/biking path is separated from the golf cart paths (or separate lanes on the main road). I'm not a big fan of those multi-modal paths up near Brownwood, just seems dangerous to walk or bike on those. Anyway, enjoy the rest of your weekend - maybe we'lll see you guys out and about at some point!

Nothing speaks more to us than Key Lime Pie made fresh in Florida! You didn't stop for any! What did you buy? If you would have gone the other way to park the golf cart you would have missed the RV! Only a "cool" million +! Nice!

You have great videos! Great personalities!!! We are planning for October lifestyle visit.
You need to:GC ride from Sawgrass to Silver Lake, visit the original historic area, then head to the Polo Field, then back To Sawgrass. We have done the loop from SS to Fenny then to Sawgrass up past Rohan. Then home to SS area. We have even went to the new HS from SS and back.

Thanks for the excellent content. Who do you use for your Tesla Insurance? We will be moving to the Villages in about 4 months, and I am trying to get a budget together. We have Tesla Insurance in California for our 2023 Model Y Performance, and we only pay $110/month. I do not believe Tesla offers insurance in Florida yet, and I feel that car insurance will be much higher when we move.
We look forward to meeting you guys once we get moved in.

This past Saturday was our 50th Wedding Anniversary. Also. there used to be a new app for TV, My Village and it is free!! Lots of great info on it too! Really liked how quiet your electric golf cart is!! We also adore the Farmers Market but you need to get there early in the morning.

I found out , I can drive a golf cart in our subdivision , just not on our bike trail .
We can ride an EV bike on the trails. In this region we have a lot of people , either riding bikes, walking on the trails and people even walk in our subdivision . People are always active in this region . Very busy !!!
Like today, I went to the gym , went to couple of classes , and now watching your video.
For the next 2 days , we have Storms , Tornadoes , Hail , so I'll stick around the house and found something
to do here , instead of going to swimming. There's always something to do here at home too .

We really enjoy your videos. Before you finalize your golf car choice, please go through the tunnel under Buena Vista by the Saddlebrook Recreation Center (immediately South of the Polo Fields) The height of the tunnel may have an impact on your final choice of GC. Rock on!
A really great note. Always dangerous but I've read that there are a couple tunnels people have to drive in the middle. Also read they reduced the tire/wheel size by two inches and solved all the problems.

lots of traffic on the multi model golf cart paths! I unsderstand no carts travel above 20 MPH! Wish they had deviding lines on the path from some things I have seen!

😂 🤣 I think that may have been an optical illusion. We had several carts ride our bumper all weekend. The guy on the electric skateboard left us in the dust. Guessing he was doing 25 to 30 MPH. Check the video again to make sure it is playing in 4K. When I first watched the playback UA-cam would only show it in 720P but I think it is playing in full 4K now. Thanks!
On a hot day like that I would have taken the car with the AC and leave the golf karting as its own activity.
Please make sure end check out the Evolution D5. They just dropped the prices and very similar to the cart you are in.

Small world! We live in Anderson, about 20 miles from Clemson. We will be visiting TV for our first time next week to see if it may be a fit for us. We are so excited.
Our last child graduated college this past weekend and will be moving to Pittsburg so we are ready to start the process of selling, etc.

We really like how quiet the electric lithium carts are compared to the gas carts. Yes The Villages free app has GPS and you can choose your route by Car or Golf Cart. There is also a paid app that we have not tried yet. Maybe in the future. Thanks!

Michael do you use the Villages gps app or your own gps
Both the TV app and also Google Maps (bike mode). There is a paid app that we have not tried yet. Thanks!
We have the free Villages app and the paid app. The paid app is better for visual, larger picture easier to follow for us. Down side of the paid app is that the south side is growing faster than it can keep up.

I know you’ll choose a front facing 4 seater golf cart like the one you’re driving. Handles a bit differently than the 2 seater. If I were to move to The Villages, I would also choose that style of 4 seater. I would expect a constant flow of visitors and would need a larger cart. About 3 years ago, I had visitors for a total of 3-4 months that year, 2021. It wasn’t strait, but two individuals stayed with me at two separate times about 10 days apart and each for a month. Do you know how expensive and exhausting that is? It would likely be worse in Florida. I might just leave one night without telling anyone. Kidding. What was that constant humming? Generators maybe? I have to disagree with you. Going outside and hearing a dog bark IS a part of life and a very nice part of life, but just the odd bark. The sounds of summer. Not the howling and whimpering etc all day.
