I have one of these. They work. Overload and keeping the form is a great strength builder. Kind of like a personal but constant spotter for the bottom of the movement. Pull ups is also a great accessory.
Awesome content! You are inspiring me to try and get back in the 300 club! I am 52 and have considered giving up on 300 but now i think i am going to go for it! By the way , big guns! Have you ever seen what your strict curl max is?
That's exactly why I started this channel. I wanted to encourage people not to give up on reaching goals. Much success as you journey back to 300 and beyond.
@@fitman046e Yeah, basically gotta strengthen side and read delts. Stretching won't work for the tendon. So, i can half rep without the slingshot. Or still hit a full rep with it. For me the pain is just at the bottom of the rep

I can see why you're seeing continual improvement with your bench press. I agree with you 100% and couldn't have said it better myself.

I've had one for a while now. I only use it when I have some shoulder pain. Bicep tendon gets angry from time to time.
Makes it nice that you can still workout when you have a flare up. Have you seen anyone about the bicep tendon ?

@@dagrimlin9392 Sounds like you're being very smart with the injury and still finding ways to train effectively. Best wishes moving forward.
