After removing my gen 1 crown regulator and replacing the adjustment screw and piston. I still have about a 10 bar leak overnight. The culprit should be the oring at the bottom of adjustment screw. But it’s new. I took a close look inside the regulator body where that oring seats. And find tiny scratches in the body. I’m now attempting to polish them out with metal polish liquid and a q tip on a drill. Just remove some of the cotton till a get a semi firm fit. This maybe why some new crowns have creep from the factory.
Thanks a lot .. you explain and covered a lot of things in this video But I have a proplem with my crown..The Pressure in the regulator gage going over 180 bar... Even the regulator screw tight to end Which part damaged you think?? .. Please help me with this problem if you can Thanks
Hi I’m wondering if anyone can help please my .22 crown mk2 after a service of the regulator isn’t showing any pressure on the gauge I have done a few services on my 2 crowns and I’m stumped I did seem to have a blow back from the side vent but it all seems fine when I took it out to check there’s no leaks whatsoever 🤔
Hi Ernest. Mi name is Juan Pablo. I bought a new FX Crown and it leaks air through the vent hole on the right side of the rifle. I changed Oring 10x1.5, piston with Oring, regulator housing with both Orings, regulator screw with both Orings. And the rifle is still leaking air. You can hear it leak. I don't know anymore what to do. I'd be very interested to contact you. Thank you!
Juan Pablo Kirchberg hello juan pablo Are you talking about the little hole on the right side of the rifle? right above the regulator? I have the same problem on my crown is also new, I bought him the seal kit and he kept leaking I bought a regulator and he still leaks. have you found a solution
@@danielacevedo3705 Hi Daniel, Yes, the little hole on the right side. I'm going to post a video on it. You can hear the air coming out. It leaks the air from 250 to 150 bar in 30 minutes. I changed all the Orings in the regulator, I changed regulator, regulator screw, piston, almost everything. The only thing I did not change are the spring washers. I'm out of ideas at the moment. Where are you from?
Juan Pablo Kirchberg yesterday I uploaded a post, on this page www.airgunnation.com/topic/help-me-fx-crown-continuum-leak/#post-697913, and a manager from FX USA answered me, asked for the data to contact me but not yet. could you comment your problem too
