Please do not implement any more mortgage rates. They are already high and any more rates will create uncertainty. As you are aware that mortgages are a very big factor in generating revenue. Powell should be very careful in making changes as it effects employment as well as stock market. Mortgages have a strong effect as bank employees rely heavily on refinances and purchases. If this slows down people will start loosing their jobs if mortgage revenue is effected due to rate increase. Please I have a request to please don’t do any further rate increase. Please work on areas like oil prices and keeping employment at a steady and high rate.

If we are being paid a wage that is not a enough to reliably pay the rent for one bedroom apartment local isn't that amount a transient wage. The minimum wage act demands wages are not transient wages. The minimum wage has to a living local housing cost and normal estimate of enough income to reliably pay the rent. Most property managers landlords banks and welfare departments rightfully expect 4 times the rent as enough income to qualify for a lease or reliably pay the rent. The legal minimum wage under the minimum wage act is deliberately objectively determined to be 4 times the rent for one bedroom apartment local commute. A wage that is less than this is a criminal wage and criminalizes the population and the primary cause of homeless population across the country. Inflation nothing compared to criminal wages.
