- This is my 5th reveal video, this time a 17 card SGC submission that arrived 14 days door to door. Many of the items are from my Strongsville purchases, but some surprise items and some basketball. Overall, very pleased with the grades except one card slightly lower than anticipated.

30’s, 40’s, and 50’s greatness! Love the selection of cards Dan!
Congratulations Dan on your great submission . Strongsville was very good to you. Thanks for sharing with us.
Congrats on the nice returns, Dan! Really great grades on the Playballs. That Aaron is a beauty
Awesome return,Thanks for sharing!
Strongsville was great
A lot of great cards and fun times!!!
Great cards Dan, congrats on the grades, especially on the Aaron. That's such a fun and undervalued set.
Great stuff. 2 weeks door to door is much faster than the past few weeks. Love the Berra
SGC is flying. Sent 5 cards to them last week, already got them back. Love SGC! Love your video
Dan -- Enjoy watching you from time to time. My friend, Graig, tells me that you are one heck of a nice man. I grew up in the country outside the City Limits of Seattle. Our neighbor was an older man (older to me) named Charlie Street. We lived on 16 acres. Charlie and his wife lived on 14 acres next to us. Charlie is the son of Gabby. Charlie had all of Gabby's playing days memorabilia. In the mid-1960s, Charlie showed my dad several autographed baseballs -- Walter Johnson, Ty Cobb, the ball that Gabby caught which was tossed from the top of the Washington Monument. When Charlie died in 2005, we bought his property. My dad is still going strong at 87. I'll ask him what he remembers about seeing that memorabilia. So . . . our family owns a lot of acreage outside the City Limits of Olympia, a beautiful place -- but none of those baseballs.
That is an amazing story! I would be searching through every nook and cranny of Charlie's old house for memorabilia!!
WOW WOW WOW! Loved all the cards you showed offf. Congratulations. Sweet returns. The 50s Dodgers and Cubs! Excellent stuff. Later on Jay
Good stuff! Thanks for sharing
Nice sub reveal Dan! Thanks for the show!
Nice presentation, Dan. Some great additions to your '39 PB Yankees collection. The '55 Aaron is a keeper, as is the '50 Bowman Yogi. Well done, young man.
Great returns, Dan! It's always nice when they come back with the expected grade (or better, LOL). Have a great weekend my friend!
Great return Dan! Some amazing-looking cards and really solid grades. You did well picking the raw playball cards at Strongsville! Love the 50 Bowman Berra! Congrats and thanks for sharing!
Awesome return Dan! I think you did great on your return. Congrats my friend.
This are great - especially the 39 play ball cards. They look so clean and images are super clear. Congrats!
Awesome video. Great cards. Thanks for sharing.
Great cards, congrats
Beautiful results, Dan!
Strongsville was a great show. Great reveal.
Dan, I always enjoy the variety you show! Nice seeing some different cards! I hate how hard they grade the Jordan stickers, I have some and figure they will get under graded. Love the Aaron double header, I remember seeing it in Strongsville, awesome card!
Cool Cards - love that Curt Simmons particularly - I recently submitted to SGC as well and am pretty blown away by the speed as compared to what I hear about PSA
Wow! Great cards, Dan. I love them all, especially the Yogi, Rosen, and Aaron. I just made a video about the 55 Double Headers Big Klu that I picked up recently. Awesome set! Thanks for sharing and take care!
My favorites are the Yogi and Aaron. Jordan sticker looks like he's ready to soar.
Great return. I should have pulled the trigger on that Double Header Aaron when they were cheap.
Nice return! That Aaron is great
Great 55 Aaron. I’ve been meaning to get one of those.
Nice reveal. I remember seeing the 55 DH Aaron @ Strongsville nice pickup
Great scg reveal!
Some great pickups Dan
Once you run through your backlog I can get Lefty Grove showcase ready
Dan, great variety of cards. I remember that no-hitter by Righetti. He struck out Boggs for the final out. As a Red Sox fan another baseball scar inflicted by the Yankees. Great card though.
A great slider on the outside corner to get Boggs swinging! Boggs struck out only 36 times during the entire 1983 season.
@@DansVintageBaseballPC When I saw your card it immediately brought me back to that game and Boggs whiffing on the final pitch. The ability of the cardboard to open those memories is one of the reasons I love collecting. Thanks again for the video.
SGC has the best rubber bands! Or as those of us from western PA say, gum bands!
The 50 Yogi one of the best cards ever made.
Indeed it is!
Dan, I like the Wemby. A 4X the investment of that Will Grier guy.
Gabby Street caught a ball tossed of the Washington monument. Took him like 12 tries.
Yes! We will be discussing that feat on the Gabby Street show in August. My guest has photos from that event.
@@DansVintageBaseballPC no way! So cool!
didnt Selkirk replace Ruth in RF??
@@chriss5299 Yes! And Dahlgren replaced Gehrig!
Hi Dan. Subbed you back. Overall, it seems you did well with the return.
@@CleanCheapShots Thanks man, working through the parts of the Eddie Watt interview today. Watched the SGC reveal and I have too many thoughts for a comment.
@@DansVintageBaseballPC Those reveals are a little like Christmas. Sometimes you get the cool toys and sometimes you get a package of socks.
