  • This leg day workout starts with some mini band work to activate the glutes and then we dive into a series of lower body strength supersets using dumbbells.     The first week I did 3 workouts, 2nd week I did 4, this week I've done yesterday's (even if I might've finished at 1030pm), and I'm pleasantly glowing with sweat after this slow burn

    The legs supersets are awesome. My challenge is using the block for elevated squats. I'm better at the split squat just need to be patient in adding heavier weights. Thank you Heather for the leg workout!! Loved it. ❤❤
