Fine job and much appreciated! Snowy's playing is so under-rated and his touch, tone, vibrato and phrasing are right up there with the best of them. Simple, yes (mostly). Easy? Not at all.
Henry, a fantastic lesson. I realised immediately I have two Snowy White albums in my collection. “Snowy White An Anthology” and “Pure Gold The Solo Years 1983-98”. I am learning to play guitar from two of your current courses but I am a bit too old to reach a high standard. However, although I will never be a guitar wizard, after watching your video a couple of times, and listening and feeling the real blues - man, you and I could be blood brothers.
Great song Henry, from Peter Green's In The Sky's Album, Been a favorite Jam since I started Playing lead. would be great to hear Rory Gallagher I Fall Apart or ZZ Top Blue Jean Blues Or Fool For your Stockings. Love your Post Henry, great job and song selection as always
Why i have the impression that this lead melody is covered from Knopfler in brothers in arms ?? Does nobody recognized this yet until now cause i not read anything about that snowy white released it in 1983 and dire straights in 1985/1986…
Thanks for the analysis. Would love to see one on Angel Inside You by Snowy White. There’s a live version on UA-cam, from Rockpalast I think, that sounds great. Probably not as bluesy as this one but well worth a listen. Enjoyed the video!
Hi Henry Do you have this You Tube lesson on you Super Simple Guitar site maybe with some tabs? If not no sweat. I will try to write them out myself. This would be a great pratice lesson for the Am pentonics amd just playing around against a backing track! Keep up the great work!
Henry, it would be nice if you would let the video play through the progression at least once before you start your instruction, especially for songs that most people are unfamiliar with like this one. I understand that you want to break it down into small chunks, but it's hard to follow along when I don't even know how the song goes. Just a thought.
I enjoyed your vedio amazing how listing you picked up the tune explained what was happing I have my nux m2 plug on A30 amp all sets35% to 45% with a big buff for effects testing a kramer special I give this vedio and musician Wow Factor 100%..I'll set the nux plug next with fender deluxe..thank you again great vedio and you know you stuff I great 👂 I'm getting there...RocknRollFlat5

Hi Henry Snowy actually played ghe solo on Peter's album. Don't believe Peter ever played it as a recording
You're correct!!
Think Peter played the rhythm but may be wrong! @@vanu49
@@CampingSecretsUK Yes, I think so too.
Slabo day ! Such a good idea to teach it ! Thank you !
prolly worth a mention here if were referencing Snowy White and Slabo Day… He was also playing solo on the Peter Green album version of Slabo Day …

Could not find a good Peter Green version - because Snowy played the solo on Peter's 'In The Sky' album - truth bomb.
