Qui Gon was the last true Jedi (besides Luke) who never gave up on attachments, he understood that Jedi are supposed to care and love. Sadly Qui Gon was taken before he could give Anakin the emotional support and guidance that he needed. Obi Wan was too dogmatic like the rest of the Jedi, at least until he was on Tatooine watching over Luke. The Jedi had lost their way a long time ago, they chose to become enforcers for the senate instead of the will of the force like they were supposed to. As a consequence they lost their connection to the living force. The Sith had changed, they had adapted, they had become stronger over a millennia. Whereas the Jedi had not, the Jedi had only trained to re-fight the last war, they clung too tightly to tradition.
You have broken down to many facts in this video , I don’t even need to write a massive comment on here because I agree with everything you have said 👏🏾✅. The Jedi council during the prequel era of the organisation are nothing but hating , jealous , disrespectful & washed up Elders that needed to be tending to Jedi nursery school instead of being on them council seats 🤣🤣🤣. We needed younger , vibrant & more updated views on those seats & not the characters we see in Star Wars lore because that council is the very reason that order goes to sh*#t doing order 66 🤷🏾♂️. I wouldn’t be a Jedi , I would be on the Sith path voluntarily because that Code suits me more as a person. #EnoughSaid
Indeed, the Jedi had lost their way a long time ago, they had become nothing more than lapdogs of the senate instead of following the will of the force. Unfortunately for Anakin the Jedi order was not what it once was, and what it was supposed to be.
I'm glad you are enjoying my content & reasoning. If you have any topics you want to discuss let me know. I keep trying to make a reading list but then I get busy. But the Rise of The Inquistor Book is the best example I have read on how the Jedi are too one size fits all with its members. Especially Mace windu in that book (I was ready to be a Sith lord because of him)
I think Anakin would have been much better in the Old Republic or a Jedi of the Tython era. Much more freedom for him and mostly all Jedi. Serving the Republic is the Jedi downfall.
Poor Anakin, he needed a family that would accept him as he was, unfortunately the Jedi wasn’t that family.
I agree. The Jedi think they are a family but do not function like one. Where's the love
@@starwarsdistrict They do not have ability to have love, they say attachments and emotions lead to the PUSSY and EMO dark side of the Force.
