I have been clotting for 20 years now whenever im off my blood thinner, doctors tell me they have no idea why i keep getting clots? i have an appointment with my doctor in order to get an exempt from the covid vaccine.
Have you been referred to a hemotologist? If not I'd recommend seeing one and getting a coagulation test. Some factors such as Factor 12 deficiency can cause increased risks for blood clotting and deep view thrombosis.
Zuber Molvi yes it is . But remember factor III is added to the specimen at the laboratory when studying the coagulation tests so that when there is a coagulation disorder involving the extrinsic pathway only the factor VII is involved, because factor III has been already added to the tube at the laboratory.
How come you got problems with his English when we native English speakers find his accent perfectly ok? However, your English seems to be crap. I recommend you taking a summer English Grammer (also spelling) course before you start throwing stones at others while being in a glass house. Are you even from an English speaking country? I'm sure you are not! BTW educated people don't boast about their knowledge, so you obviously are not! So pathetic!
That's a good job sir 🙏🏻
tissue factor/thromboplastin or factor 3 is involved in initiation of extrinsic pathway not intrinsic
yup
Aren't there 2 types of thromboplastin - exothromboplastin and endothromboplastin for extrinsic and intrinsic pathways respectively?
Caught that as well, but he states it correctly in his transcript in the description, easy mixup but clearly wasn't caught.
Very good video! but yeah Tissue Factor is relevant to extrinsic pathway instead of intrinsic.
The best video I found on clotting factors👍👍
Thank u so much😊😊
THIS MIGHT CHANGE YOUR MIND
@@nishamanoj3099 you didn't even provide a link
thank you so much, this has been really helpful!
Nice trick for preparation of clotting factors 👍👍👍👍
Thank you - very much these coagulation pathways are are intimidating ! Ta
Thank you,very informative video
1..2...5..7..9..10...11...12 factors have common source that's LIVER
Thanks for this great information ❤❤
This is very useful..Thank you
Tissue factor initiate extrinsic pathway...not intrinsic
thank you sir that was great j. well done
Thank you for making this!
i love this, very helpful
Thank you Joseph.
Brilliant, thank you. What is the source for factor XIII?
Platelets
Amazing facts. Thanks for sharing. C.u.
are clotting factors in their proenzyme form? is that why factors 1 and 2 are fibrinogen and prothrombin instead of fibrin and thrombin
Sir your voice is so cool 😎

But I'm no doctor btw! Lol just someone that's been diagnosed with factor 12 deficiency
Sir...what about blood groups...!
What is the source for XIII?
I learned a lot! thank you
thank you for this video! :-)

He asks for 100 likes and gets more than 1.000 😂
good explanation....thanks and wish me for the xams :P :D
Thank you priyam...nd best of luck for exams
MEDSimplified sir....hats off to your explanations....I rocked 😂😉
What are you doing now? Job?
thank you.
Thanks for the video. Just one concern. Isn't factor III (Tissue factor) involved in Extrinsic pathway, contrary to Intrinsic pathway like you said?
Yes it is.
Yes, it is. I was thinking the same thing. Extrinsic pathway has to do with Tissue factor and tissue factor is found extrinsically of blood vessel.
Zuber Molvi yes it is . But remember factor III is added to the specimen at the laboratory when studying the coagulation tests so that when there is a coagulation disorder involving the extrinsic pathway only the factor VII is involved, because factor III has been already added to the tube at the laboratory.
yes it is extrinsic pathway.
Correction: You misspelled Factor V: Labile factor / "Proaccelerin".
Other than that and Factor III mistake, you've done a wonderful job!
+David So sorry for the mistake. Greatly appreciate your concern. Thank you
thanks
Gracias 👍

Wrong pronunciation of the fibrin
+Abhishek Ranade Apology!!
You're pronunciation is perfectly fine and correct. It's just a UK vs USA thing. Don't apologise.

There are 15 clotting factors excluding factor 6. Check out guyton before making videos on physiology bro 😏
