I love your channel. I came across it over the weekend. Your recipes are perfect for my hubby and me. Retired. Don't host dinners as much as we used to. We like dessert in the evening but don't want a large amount left over for days on end. Thank you, again, for sharing your ideas.
By accident I found you and your small batch recipes. Gorgeous. Will try the scone next weekend - to prepare for watching the coronation of King Charles with scones and tea! Thank you & regards from Germany, Leigh Anne!
Thank you so much for all the hard work in scaling down these recipes. Not only does it help to cut down on leftovers, it saves us time and money. Who wouldn't love to have cake, cookies, brownies, etc. 3 times a month for the price of 1 usual batch. Who wants to freeze all those extra cupcakes when freezer space is always at such a premium? If I am having a gathering, or taking to a potluck or cookout, instead of making 1 flavor of brownie, cookie or muffin, I can now make a whole assortment of different flavors and textures, just perfect for those 3 tiered dessert stands. Keep up the good work as I will be watching.
I love this recipe. I made cherry almond scones using dried cherries instead of apricots. They were a huge hit while we watched the coronation last month. Thanks & i love your channel. Great recipes😊
I have made scones(1batch) before and did not like how they turned out. I happened to come upon your video and figured I’d give it a shot(small batch so not much would be wasted). I chose to make the apricot almond scones and they came out so delicious. I definitely plan on making these again and again. Thanks so much.
Raspberry scones are my favorite. How about caramel ones? Use the Kraft caramel dots. Probably very good. I’m going to makes orange scones. I prefer the fruit scones.
When I make scones. I divide into 3 disks. I freeze 2 disks wrapped in plastic wrap. I think they are best when you bake them.but my favorite mix in are dried cherry or crasins and white chocolate. I top with cream and large colored sugars. But I think I will try yours.

I'm glad you said english 'style' scones, because as a Brit myself, these wouldn't pass as a scone here, look delicious though nonetheless.
Thanks for watching!
Aussie here. Choc chips in a hot cross bun maybe but definitely not in a scone. I think my grandmother's recipe was cream, flour and salt.
Nothing scone like with look or recipe,

I love your channel. By chance, could you do recipes for a couple with just one kid?
Alot of my recipes feed 2-4 so that should work great for the three of you. Are there specific recipes you are looking for?
@@LeighAnneWilkes nothing specific that comes to mind. I have shorter bursts of energy so I guess breaking it down and having a “make ahead“ element
