    I have issues focusing on reading
    I tend to read for a maximum of 20 minutes tend I get irritated by the book
    Any tips on solving this????

      Choose the right environment: Find a quiet and comfortable place to read where you can minimize distractions. Ensure good lighting and a comfortable seating position to promote concentration.
      Set a reading goal: Establish a specific reading goal before you begin. It could be a certain number of pages, chapters, or a specific amount of time you want to dedicate to reading. Having a goal helps create a sense of purpose and keeps you focused.
      Minimize distractions: Put away or silence electronic devices such as smartphones, tablets, or laptops, as they can easily divert your attention. Consider using website blockers or apps that restrict access to distracting websites or apps while you read.
      Practice active reading: Engage with the text actively by taking notes, underlining key points, or summarizing sections in your own words. This approach helps you stay engaged and promotes deeper comprehension.
