I'm using an Inissia from 2014. A bit of advice. KEEP IT CLEAN! Use the cleaning functions. Use the descaling function also. I've taken the machine completely apart and cleaned the interior. It's a bit of a struggle to do, but it eventually will start to leak and the dismantling and cleaning stops the leak and keeps this kitten purring (loudly) If a moron like me can do it, trust me you can too.
I bought a pixie in 2014 for work. Then bought The innisia for home (in white). Has worked great. After Covid and work from home, decided to buy vertuo next (also in white). Love them both
Great machine.compact. takes no more than 2 min to make a cup of coffee once turned on capsules from 13 cents each Great coffee. But Noisy. Very impressed Highly recommend
This is the machine I own and purchased first, going strong for two and half years now. We have the Next downstairs...recently went in for repairs before returned broke still, after just two months. Can’t fault the original inn.
Great to hear it's lasted you a good while. If it's anything like the Pixie you should get a few more years out of it yet from what I've heard too. Thanks for sharing and hope you get your Vertuo Next sorted soon!
My first thought was an updated Pixie but the price is ideal for a starter machine and gives anyone who is not sure about pod coffee to try it out, the fact it comes in different colours is an excellent idea. It performed really well in your test and if I was in the market for one I would definitely give this a go. Many thanks as always and just to let you know that we have both had to use decaffeinated coffees as I am using my Creatista Pro far too much!!! It’s brilliant. Hope Abi is recovering well. 😀
Thanks for sharing your thoughts and I've also been thinking the odd decaf might not be a bad idea 😅 Yeah Abi is on the mend but thankfully my son was willing to jump in and film for this one. Hope you have a great weekend!
Wish you could've showed pod removal, I don't have any instructions. When you open the top does the pod drop down into the catch or do you have to dig it out? Thank you
Hey there! I'm from Chile and I just bought one today and I can say I had a fairly good price around £ 75. The Nespresso bundle included the Essenza Inissia + Milk Steamer and around £ 17 on Nespresso credits
Bit of a noob question but mine doesnt seem to get as much coffee out of the pods as it should. Hardly been used. I feel like i get an espresso worth in a lungo. Or does it depend on the pod you use?
The pod you use shouldn’t matter really. Did you buy a used machine? I’m just wondering if the cup sizes have been reset at some point perhaps? Might be worth doing a factory reset 🤔
Hi there. Changing the cup size will change the taste as one factor in the taste of the coffee is how long you extract it for. Ristretto coffees are often slightly sweeter with more intensity whereas lungo coffees tend to extract more of the bitter flavours. We have a video on how to reset the cup size and then restore it to the default settings on the channel in case that helps.
For us it would be the Citiz and Creatista Plus or Pro. Like both of the Creatista machines but there's obviously a big price difference, so just depends if the extra features of the Pro mean that much to you.
Been thinking about this recently and still undecided myself 😅 Planning to do a side by side comparison video with them, though, so will try and do that soon 👍
This machine has an issue with the big cups....when using a big cup, the spout is close to the end of the cup, so if the sides of the cup are a little thick, the brew won't go in the cup and you get spillage
Hi, I did find with the innisia that I had to get used to dropping the capsule inside in a certain way to not crush the pod and get it to pierce correctly. Might just take a bit of getting used to. Alternatively, if you're using compatible pods then some of those don't always pierce well either. Hope you got the problem solved 👍
I’ve never done a comparison video for those machines you know, one for the future. Think I’d go Inissia as offers a lot for the price - especially if it’s available for £60 or so - but might change my mind if we compare the machines in future 😅
I dont care about the size our the sound. It looks like a good price. It looks like its been few months only. Has anyone used it for more than a year ?
@@user-dg4pz7br5l I didn’t use it for two weeks, and OFC didn’t clean it, so the milk got stuck inside with an awful smell, the water did soaked from the tank, but no coffee could be ever made because the machine was… stuck with old milk. Had to give it to Nespresso so they recycle it. So if you put milk in the tank, please clean it the best way you can and immediately, otherwise I wouldn’t recommend to do it at all, but buying a machine who can make you milk drinks.
It shouldn't make a difference as they auto off after a certain period anyway. If you want to make a hotter espresso then I'd recommend running a shot of plain water through with no pod in before pouring the espresso. This can be done either into a separate cup or (better really) into the same cup to heat the cup up and then empty and dry it out to use for the espresso if that makes sense.
Just mean to pour an espresso sized shot of hot water from your machine into your espresso cup and leave it for a few seconds to warm the cup, then empty and dry the cup as quick as you can and pour your espresso into the same cup. This should not only warm up the mechanism inside the machine but also warm your cup to prevent heat being lost due to a cold cup.
it's a review? he's telling you everything about the machine. maybe you were looking for a different kind of video. I found this super informative and helpful
I have this machine and have had it for years. Makes great coffee and NEVER had a problem. The only drawback is that it is the LOUDEST machine!
Haha it really is loud isn't it, complete opposite to the essenza mini but a nice sturdy solid machine 👍
I just found your channel as I look into dusting off my old Latissima Pro. Great content! Hello from Canada!
Welcome aboard! Great to have you with us 😁👍🏼

What are the differences between pixie and inissia?

Great coffee.
But Noisy.
Very impressed
Highly recommend

How
Here in Jordan capsules cost 0.8 usds each

hi i can't find the guide where you said ypu uploaded to help us ok programming the buttons?
Hi, sorry it's a bit late but here's the link in case you or others need it - ua-cam.com/video/8geC9x96w2Q/v-deo.html
Wish you could've showed pod removal, I don't have any instructions. When you open the top does the pod drop down into the catch or do you have to dig it out? Thank you
Sorry about that, yes the pod simply drops into the capsule holder below and then you pull that tray out to empty it 👍

You didn’t show the milk part :(
Ah sorry, you need to buy a separate milk frother with this machine if you want frothed milk too. Or you could add a splash of milk to a lungo.
hi , can i use milk pods in it ?
Hi 👋 I’m afraid it only takes coffee pods so you’d need a milk frother if you want to make cappuccino or latte etc.
@@A2BProductions thx 🙏🏼😊
Interesting. Out of all of your Original line coffee machines which one’s would you recommend irrespective of price.
For us it would be the Citiz and Creatista Plus or Pro. Like both of the Creatista machines but there's obviously a big price difference, so just depends if the extra features of the Pro mean that much to you.
Currently in South Africa the inissia and Essenza mini costs the same. Which one would you recommend for longevity and first time nespresso buyer.
Been thinking about this recently and still undecided myself 😅 Planning to do a side by side comparison video with them, though, so will try and do that soon 👍

Couldn’t send this link to my husband fast enough ☺️ we’ve been dying to know what this machine is like!
Hope it answered a few questions for you 👍
Please how to create cold froth milk in barista Recipe Maker?
Will upload soon 👍
@@A2BProductions thank you

I just got this machine but i have no clue what pods to get for it.
The original Coffee pod should do.
Which do you prefer the Pixie or Inissia? Any difference in coffee temperature between the two?

Review 10/10
Looks great Adam
Thanks Harry 👍
Which is better .. this one or citiz?? Right now I have the essenza mini d but it’s just too small for my liking especially the capsule holder.
Thank you. 🙏

Have had mine for ~1.5 years. Still going strong. Great value product!
I had it, it was nice, but I ruined it because I didn't know I shouldn't put milk in the water container, so RIP Inissia. :(
Did it stop working when you did that?
