Sometimes I travel across the desert on dirt roads spending many hours driving slowly. I don't mind going slow, but I wonder if I aired down the tire pressure if I could make the ride a little more comfortable. Picked up this Viair 300P portable compressor air pump kit on Amazon for about $160.00 USD.

I have a similar type compressor that I carry around. It's not only handy for emergencies it allows me to check my tires in my campgrounds and keep the pressure correct without having to pay for air at gas stations. You may have one already as well , but it's also handy to have a portable source of power for jumping a dead battery.

For home use I do have an AC current air compressor. Having a background in construction is helpful in the tool department.. lol. I should probably get some tire plugs in case of punctures to go with the spare 40 amp fuses. I did purchase a Noco GB 40 (jump pack) last year, haven't needed it yet but good to have I suppose.
