Whats the difference beetwenn pc100 and pc100e

The pc100e is the European version. So it is the PAL model instead of the NTSC

How do you transfer to your phone?

I’m not sure how other people do it but I would put the videos on my computer then send them to my smartphone. Or I have put them on UA-cam as an unlisted video and screen recorded the footage.
