Great vids, keep them coming. Was curious how long is the process to fix & replace damaged trucks? Also how do you determine which trucks to fix or just let go to junkyard?
I would say it takes around 1 month to fix one truck. No trucks are going to junk yard, we other fix them or part them out. But we part out trucks that have damaged or high mileage engines usually. Or if there’s nothing to fix, everything is damaged.
Would really love to know what you do with the trucks after the rebuild. Hope you sell them to the little guy's.. Wanting to start their own authority.

This particular truck is customer’s projects. I personally don’t recommend buying Volvos right now due to parts shortage and price. I recommend buying cascadias. Sometimes we sell them sometimes we use them. Usually depends on mileage, and package.

Unfortunately Volvos are expensive right now on the auctions, I think this build was around $70k
