It's just incredible !! He rebuilt almost the entire truck! Impressive is the method he must use to remember where each part and function fits and works again !!! Congratulations!!!
Wow im truly amazed at all the hard work, and all of the attention to detail that is needed to complete such a rebuild like this. No detail was overlooked.👍👍👍👍
Attention to detail? They didn't even polish. Not saying the rebuild wasn't an impressive feat but they didn't go overboard by any stretch of the imagination. It's still just a regular ole butt-ugly Cascadia
Watching a documentary of trucks being built on the assembly line, with parts being put on by a plan in a specific order, with big tools, looks easy. This though, is a job with regular tools and maybe no assembly data/book to show what goes where is a beast to tackle. Well done guys, well done!
Ganz großen Respekt an eurer Leistung, einfach nur sehr beeindruckend wie ihr es hinbekommen aus kaputt wieder neu zu zaubern. Es macht Spaß dabei zuzuschauen. That was a job well done keep it up, But I have a question the chassis looked like it's taken a bad hit, how safe is this truck going to be? How so ever good the realignment it will never be to factory specifications.
@@ItalianStallion1415 there are no trucks that are 30k and have only 300k miles on it. If a truck has only 300k miles it will cost almost 70k so stop lying

Buy the new volvo you will love it.
side fairing they come in colors or you paint them.. I have 2019 freightliner cascadia white and my fairing on both side need to be changed..where can I get them ?
Great job. Does one person do most of the work? If yes that is amazing. It takes so many to initially build it. What was the actual time from start to finish?
There’s no point to do that, that would be more expensive for the customer. Our goal was to rebuild nice truck for a good price. If you’re not taking the trim apart you won’t be able to tell.
you guys did a great job there... I wonder though, does this type of repair restore the structural soundness of the body back to original or are there some issues that appear later on? I have seen videos of semis in wrecks that you could swear the driver did not survive and often wondered about the structural design of the cabs being inadequate in some instances. Thoughts?
I don’t know about other rebuilders but some of our trucks have already been to accidents after we worked on them and I didn’t notice any difference in structural soundness.
Awesome work, but just seems like it would have been easier to just replace it with that extra cab, rather than just use the floor pan, A pillar, and firewall.
Was the frame checked? Trucks tweak frames without wrecks so just wondering if it was checked. Why didn’t you swap the cab? Good cabs can be found so if you’re taking it that far apart would it have been cheaper or easier just to swap the cab?
Yes, it was checked and fixed (13th minute), I believe it was 1 1/4" bent. I didn't swap the cab because it's cheaper to fix it. You can buy side for $2000 or sometimes even cheaper, if you wanna swap the cab you're looking at $4000 (at least) just for the shell with no roof included. Plus there're gonna be a lot more work installing whole bunch of rivet nuts etc. And you save a lot of money on paint job, cause you just need to paint side instead of the whole cab.
I drive a Freightliner M2 but I have a very old sleeper. Is there any place I can buy the bunk/cabinet/sleeper parts, preferable the 2018 variants. Or is the only options to get salvaged parts from a wrecked truck? I really need the murphy bed and cabinets etc to get my sleeper redone.
I have a 99 volvo 660 that I want to refresh It's not wrecked but I want to make it like new Frame paint, paint on the truck, new hood and fairings and upgrading the interior with new dash Can you do that and if yes what price range I need to expect Thanks

Congrats
from a complete wreck back into a full functional Cascadia good work
Nice job well done boys respect for you talent
Money wise isn't cheaper to get another one?🤔? Just wondering how much hard work and money but at the end it's worth it
I'd say not considering it's the most common truck in America, so parts are readily available and cheap.
Yes Carlos ur right...

Hello. If I have all parts it takes me 2.5-3 weeks to fix this type of damage. Not including paint job
Where do you get the parts you need to fix from, like the body parts and axle, for example?
We get discounts from freighter dealer. Also we buy some trucks for parts
Awesome & what a pleasure to watch

We do stuff like this too at the shop time consuming but, well worth the work!
Do you have any videos?
How did you learn all the parts, where to put them, and in what order?
We have a lot of trucks at our shop. I always could go and take a look at the other truck. Right now I just remember everything.
