I'm no expert in animation, but I definitely don't think this one sucks. On the contrary, it's decently fluid and its style is pretty charming, albeit a bit dated.

I mean, even Undertale’s simplistic art style helped make it catch on.
Yeah this is actually well made in its time and some of the animation showed in this movie has to be one of the best animation I have seen thus far

I feel like "sigma chad" is an oxymoron. A chad is a paragon of virtue and excellence, a nigh-godlike individual yet one who doesn't put down the lesser men around him, instead cheering them on. A sigma male is one who always performs the optimal action for personal gain, other people become either tools to be used or obstacles to tear down. He does not attain excellence to inspire, but instead to socially dominate all in his world.
All Might is a Chad while Yujiro Hanma is a Sigma male.

in the lore heavy is actually a very soft spoken intellectual whereas soldier is a more aggressive balls to the walls psychopath that sort of radiates this gigachad energy despite his low level of intelligence (which is blamed on lead poisoning). This is I assume why they choose soldier.
I think Medic fits best. He's a doctor, so that fits perfectly, and he is equally psychopathic and he has that evil grin and laugh,

Being insane prior to his time with the Mercs where it got worse due to contaminated water full of lead. The guy even had a Wizard for a roommate. He is all kinds of weird. Hell, pyro seems saner in comparison, and he’s (yes, he) a psychotic arsonist who doesn’t comprehend what he is doing. He even proposed to Heavy’s sister with a necklace of human ears and loves to fight butt naked slathered in honey. Heavy meanwhile has a doctorate in Russian literature (yes, it is canon as the script was greenlight and approved by valve), values family above all else, and despite his pride in killing efficiently, is quite sound of mind, likely being the most sane next to engineer.
Honestly, other than his constant deunkness, I think Demo is a relatively sane man, too. In the comics, when not drunk, he holds a normal conversation well. Heck, when Sniper's not killing, the same seems to apply to an extent

firstly, Soviet does not mean Russian. the cartoon was made in Kiyv (still Ukrainian)
secondly, it was a satirical propaganda of a healthy lifestyle, where on the one hand - hypertrophied strong healthy characters, and on the other - smoking and drinking pirates.

12:35 Contrary to your statement I have seen games on Teufort where a soldiee Kazotsky kicked his way to the intelligence and back to base, same with the tank taunt. Hell, when it came out there was a server of them driving around the map, not even killing, just taunting and capping the intel.
There’s Only 2 problems with the Intel and death animation… one it’s in Tufort no one caps on tuefort and two it’s tufort the intel room wasn’t filled with like 80 thousand lvl 3 sentrys

the animation is pretty good actually, if you were to watch the film the movement of the characters is pretty energetic, the models are consistent, its not too dissimilar

Actually, this cartoon was made as a some kind of experiment. Creators used a lot of diferent animation features in a 1 movie. It doesn't suck, because this is a result of a long and very hard work. Of course there are a couple mistakes with animation and sound and the other stuff, but still this movie is mine and many other russian guys childhood. We loved this as a kids and we love it even more as an adults.
In TF2 Comic Cannon, soldier is batshit insane, so it makes sense.

2:03 The animation in Russian cartoons sucked because Russian Animators did not get paid for making cartoons. Especially because pirating is legalized in Russia. Russia also did not have any big animation studios. All the animation studios in Russia, were quite small.
