But Jesus commanded us to go into the world and preach the gospel to all nations, teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you.... he did not say, go into politics and force people to behave like Christians by the force of the law. We, who are not under the law, but under grace, should know better. When you talk to people about Jesus, strive to be patient and perfect in love. Don't take things personally. If there is any vengeance that needs to take place, any wrath that must be expressed, let God do that. Vengeance is mine, says the Lord.
I'm praying this message gets amplified through the evangelical world. Many souls need to hear this message. God bless you.

No. The bible makes the claims. It is circular to try using the bible to prove the bible. You would never say "I believe in fairies because the fairies say so." Or you might. Of many words? His vocabulary seems to be smaller than mine and english is only my forth language. His phrases are very short and to disguise this he's repeating them at least two times. I'm not a church going guy but I have read the Bible. It's my opinion that many evangelical pastors are quick to quote scripture but never seem to follow the teachings of the Bible. They judge those who aren't like them. They don't turn the other cheek it seems to me that many pastors are false teachers wolves in sheep's clothing. Especially the prosperity pastors. The way they conduct themselves leads me to believe that they really don't believe in heaven or hell. I'm usually a lot harsher but you aren't the typical evangelical pastor who is saying that the Bible and Jesus are too woke. They preach that God sent trump to do his bidding. According to the Bible I read that would be blasphemy.

I am very encouraged by this Pastor’s words warning Evangelicals about the crisis they have caused due to their blind faith in a narcissist wannabe god! He mainly wants to be president so he can bring authoritarianism to power!! I have heard that if Trump wins this may be the last democratic election that our country will ever have!!! Thank you! I am concerned for the souls of the people in the MAGA movement. The idolatry is overwhelming. They bow down and worship this man. They treat his every word and action as infallible. They speak and act with unquestioning obedience. They call him the savior of our nation and the world. We have but one Savior, and that is Jesus! Many are far too willing to take up actual arms to mow down anyone who should disagree or confront him. You couldn't get farther from the teaching of Jesus than that. Peter took up a sword and cut the ear off a soldier who came for Jesus. Jesus sternly rebuked him and put the ear back on the man healing him. You see zero fruit of the Spirit from people who are sold out to this movement. They have sold themselves out to him. You can't call a man a Christian who in multiple interviews has said that he has never asked God for forgiveness and that he does not need to ask God for forgiveness.
Victims of narcissism tend to fawn to the narcissist, who present themselves as proud and self righteous, controlling and self idolatrous.

Thank you for this teaching. I have been standing on Matthew 7:15-20 since 2016. Jesus tells us “by their fruit you will recognize them”. Donald Trump has never shown good fruit, ever!
Every Christian should hear this.
Before commenting I would like to preface that I am an agnostic-atheist so this does come from a perspective that is detached from the faith. However, I am appreciative of Christians coming out and taking a stand for their beliefs in this regard. My own Christian families' support for Trump has led me to a lot of confusion the past 7 years. I'm not unfamiliar with Christian doctrine and in some instances I think I know it better than my family, sometimes directly quoting scripture in rebuttal of their political opinions. Part of my reason for leaving the faith was rooted in the fact that politics superseded the faith of the people around me. They sacrificed their convictions for political power. Too often it seems like faith is used as a tool for personal gain rather than a spiritual guide. While I don't believe anymore, I'd like to see Christians live by what their Bible says than live as a hypocrite.
I understand your thoughts completely, I just hate to see you turn away from Jesus because of those who actually worship idols. Trump and his followers are also those whom Jesus Christ came to save.

Thank you so much, that was such a simple and biblical way to address the issues of some Christians aligning themselves with Trump. Only he did the will of God. So all nations will be gathered before Jesus, but not those who call him Lord only will enter the kingdom, only those who do the will of the father.
Jesus goes on: I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was sick and you looked after me, I was a stranger and you invited me in……
Whatever you did to the least of this sisters and brothers of mine you did to me.

It's a beautiful example of how reason and faith must both be present for Christ's Word to take root and flourish in the middle of secular society. May this lost way of teaching find its way back into evangelical Christianity, so that it will not wither and die, but instead renew itself and inspire the larger culture toward greater and greater loving-kindness, compassion, and good works.

Unfortunately, that’s been the GOP’s ticket to survival since about 1980. Or at least, what the drivers of the Party see as their survival. Problem is, the blend will surely destroy both aspects. It’s a contest of how long it can continue, and how much destruction will occur.
In my Church we have been going over Kingdom Catagories and the biggest challenge and divide to Christianity in our country. Right vs Left politically. Right vs left is not a Kingdom Concept. Up vs down is ( heavenly vs earthly) also violence vs peace, revenge vs forgiveness and flesh vs spirit. We still have 6 more catagories to go in the sermon series but this says it all to me. As Christians we must always strive to live by the Word. I am sure Hate vs Love will be one on the Kingdom Concepts.

I am a survivor of a 2 decade long crack cocaine addiction...40 years ago I was told that I would ALWAYS BE AN ADDICT.
Long story short:
I got into spirituality via the Scriptures and nearly 20 years ago, I woke up one day and it was over.
Hence, I KNOW THAT SOMETHING EXISTS OUT THERE.
I got into Ministry training and such... with the more I learned, the more I was mentally wrapped up in the Church Doctrine Narrative Indoctrination schemes.
However, I'd made a deal... that if I ever got out from under the Crack Cocaine Addiction...I would do my best to get another 30,000 people out from under Chemical Addiction.
This is what I am saying, there's no way I can in good conscience, advise anyone to get involved with the Churches because of exactly what you're talking about in this video. The absolute hypocrisy and such.
Turning away from Sermon on the Mount teachings and the Gospels.
It's extremely disappointing indeed.
I have walked away from the Church Doctrine Narrative Indoctrination schemes but not the Scriptures.

I am so grateful I stumbled upon your video today. The majority of my FB friends are trump-loving evangelicals, and you can imagine the vitriol coming at me, but as a Christian, I feel the need to speak the truth and teach. Maybe sharing this will reach at least one person.
Yes I just got ripped from many of my Christian friends because I spoke out about them comparing Trump to Jesus. It just boggles my mind and hurts my heart that the brainwashing has had more effect on them than the Power of God's Word in them. I scratch my head and have wondered....are they caught in the snare of the devil or simply not Born Again at all.
Oh, yeast of little faith! I know the feeling, how little my faith, mea maxima culpa. Let us live in love, thank you so much Pat for your gracious efforts on behalf of our nation. We as a nation must be a city on a hill, that is a great call to holiness that is far above any tribe. The world is watching us, let our witness be our love.

Why do so many Christians believe who in the presidential office matters? Isn't God in control? Isn't our faith in Christ and not politicians or politics? The day you interpret Scripture through a political lens is the day you need to reevaluate your Christian walk. Because Jesus didn't come to be political or make political points. He wasn't a Democrat or Republican. Some of His points were democratic in nature, others were Republican in nature.

Thank you for this analysis. In my lifetime it started with Jerry Fallwell, Pat Robertson, and the periodical Focus on the Family, which pushed politics into the church. Being a member of a Black Church which for years was the only sanctuary against the cruelty of man against man I was insulated from the 'yeast' because we knew following a man (Reagan, Bush, Trump) was not the way but that the Holy Spirit was left to be our comforter. The Bible speaks of the Holy Spirit as our help in times of trouble, not any man. That is where the MAGA movement has fallen.
OMG, lady, I am a white woman but you are my sister in heart...I have said for years that Jerry, Pat, and Rush Limbaugh (sp?) are poisioning the nation...and as a woman, I fear for the next generations of women. (Men of the "church" want women as house and sex slaves, ignorant, having no say even within their own homes, and subjected to any abuse they choose to give out in the guise of protecting...read "control" them.)

Thank you for saying exactly what I've felt Jesus would say after reading how he delt with the politics of his day. He was just, merciful, wise and loving in his dealings. He was silent at the time but he did not leave us in silence, we have his word to guide us if we are willing to be open to the Holy Spirit's leading, not our own biases.

This past week while listening to Christian music I saw a a ad by Trump’s group advertising a coin they called an “ an Armour of God coin that will protect his followers throughout his campaign. His wife Melania was the one speaking throughout the ad. The coin was to be free, but you had to pay the postage. 😂 I am wondering if a former speech of Melania’s was used and her voice was a voice over by AI. This really upset me. Thank you for your wisdom . I strive to keep in mind that the Father desires that no one be lost.

After watching one Christian leader stand up with Donald Trump, despite his actions, views and comments that are clearly antithetical to Christianity's purported message, stance and teaching of love, acceptance and mercy, is very refreshing to listen to your authentic, thoughtful Christian videos that cast a dim view of Donald Trump and his errant followers. But your voice is but one whisper in an auditorium of screamers. Those other religious leaders make a mockery of Christianity.
