I doesn't have any strong flour, but I made it at home by measure 1 cup of all-purpose flour remove 1.5 tablespoon of it and add 1.5 tablespoon of vital wheat gluten I watch this recipe in UA-cam is it good for my bread or if my bread is not rise so what does I can do because I try to bake bread many time but I failed my dough is not rise or my bread bake very hard but this time a wanted to try your recipes because your recipes is very good ☺ one last question can I proof my bread overnight in fridge is it good or not please🥺 make one video to proof bread overnight in fridge please🥺
Hello @user-tn, Thank you for your feedback. I’ll advise you use all purpose flour if you don’t have Strong Flour, but make sure to add a tsp more yeast. Also check that your yeast is not expired and still active. Your bread should definitely rise. I will definitely upload a recipe with overnight bread dough proofing sometime soon. 💕
