I’m hopeful that OU can get the program back on the “path”. We are not just Blue Blood we are one of the Greatest programs. I get that NIL has created some significant challenges. That’s not our fault. We the fans crave being one of the feared and respected programs again. Sad to see Nick and Jahlil leave us. But I think they left us back in September. The OC this year was hard to witness him fail with top tier caliber student athletes. OU for years had a reputation similar to; say, Pittsburgh Steelers. We coach-em-up. This year we tanked at coaching anyone on offense up. I am hoping, wishing and praying the coaches get back on track
Dont want to see anymore receivers or defenders under 6 feet. We need absolute monsters and beasts on the field. All the coaches should be on very short leashes. If we have another 6-6 season, need to have a fire sale on the coaches and medical staff!
Keep in mind, last year many of TP signings for OU came later, just as this season. They do their due diligence to themselves and the players do also. Its like dating for a wife, take care and be sure. Get the little things right, and the big things will be smoother to workout.
Grass is always greener. Give me a program built on defense all day over offense. That’s why Georgia beats Texas in boring games with pretty equal talent… heck Texas might have more overall
@ that’s because Quinn ewers isn’t good. “Our program built on defense” went 6-6. Our teams built on offense went to the playoffs and produced heisman winners and first round talent which led to recruits. We won’t have a single first round draft pick this year
@@Preskeeta-ww4rhGot PASTED EVERY YEAR (except 2017) they made the playoffs with that “offensive “ based team. Scored points but could stop a damn thing!
@ I wouldn’t say we got “pasted” vs bama. But nobody was stopping LSU in 2019. I would rather lose in the playoffs then go 6-6 and lose our whole offense to the portal
@Preskeeta-ww4rh IT was like 28-0 before Alabama took their foot off the gas in the 1st half. My point is that all the National Championship teams (except LSU) had great defense.
What happened to Sawchuks little brother, Sam Franklin and Andy Bass 😊

The coaches are and have been on track. It’s some of the players who have been off track and thankfully are moving on.
@@ronaldlamascus1944 the coaches are on track? 6-6 is good? That’s terrible
Maybe after they fire coach v

Outside of Williams, who did we get last year out of the transfer portal that was any good or was able to play? No one.
Bauer Sharp went to LSU, now watch him scorch Oklahoma when they play.
I miss our offense recruiting days, much more exciting to have a stellar offense than defense. We are boring and not appealing to top end wr’s

Seems like all we hear about is who's next that's leaving (at nauseum).
Just give it time…
