Ingredients:
puff pastry
150g cream cheese
50g cream, cold (33-35%)
1 egg
50g sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Ring size: 10.5cm
Bake in the oven 190C/375F for about 20-25 min. Cool in the tin for 5 min then take out from the tin and serve warm or cold.
