At least with Bruce here, he called himself a trans-woman and acknowledged he isn't a real woman because he never could be. You are correct and if they want to allow Men to rule Woman's sports there is no reason to have Woman's sports until men are not allowed to call them self a women. These men that are dominating in Woman's sports would be back markers in men's.
Actually, I believe you are incorrect. Football, Baseball, Hockey, PGA Golf, etc - these are not "men" only sports - there is NO RULE that precludes a woman from competing for a position in any of those leagues. However, since these are sports where strength helps, you'll notice that NO WOMEN are able to play well enough to get one of the available spots. Women on the other hand, DO have women-only gender rules that restrict men from participating in their gender biased sports - example LPGA, WNBA, etc.
Caitlyn is trans and even she disagrees and that’s saying something.
An issue like this requires compromise from both ends. Lia Thomas has a right to be who she wants to be and swim but the other cis women athletes have rights to have a fair competition.
We just have to figure out how to compromise.
There are women and there are trans women. There is no such thing as a "cis" woman. That designation was created only to marginalise biological and suggest there are infact two different designations of women. There are not. There are women and there are biological males living as women.

Instead of calling out the NCAA, we need to start calling out Lia Thomas himself. Every 20-something-year-old has a firm grasp of right and wrong. The fact that he is willing to swim with females knowing the physical advantages he has just shows that he lacks integrity and competitive spirit.

Even in the rarest of genetic oddity the gender can be determined now days. Those children should sue, genetic testing was often done and the results ignored. Not true. Many pediatricians have stated that the vast majority of teens that suffer from this dysphoria overcome it in a short time and accept the gender they were born with. People like Jenner are the exceptions.

Yes, I appreciate that he is standing up against this, but by identifying as trans he is already conceding to the false narrative that allows this kind of sabotage of women to happen in the first place. Namely, that if a man identifies as a woman, then he objectively is one. It would be much more consistent if he also stopped identifying as “Caitlyn” and went back to being “Bruce”. I have a freshman high school swimmer, she pushes herself at every practice to be line leader. Her hope is to swim at a big school. It will be a hard reality for her is she can’t get a scholarship because they start giving them to the trans community. I will stand for my daughter’s and women’s rights.

I agree with what Jenner is saying. I don't have to agree with him, as far as gender. However, Jenner is saying, this is me but it is an unfair advantage.
I THINK if you are so inclined after years of therapy, that you are indeed happier as a different gender, then it is between you and God. However, you cannot compete in that genders competition. It is unfair.

As a trans person i found Lia's case unfair, being a biological male that just started the HRT and think you're just like a biological woman is wrong. In that case you have a very unfair advantage
