I’ve been watching a lot of influencers and videos on loosing fat and building muscle. You’re the only person who I actually trust and watch and learn from. You’re the only person who actually preaches body positivity and health in that journey. You’re the only one who cares about people’s health and address the most important things when it comes to fitness and good health!! And I appreciate you, your honesty and good work! Regardless of what people think, people have forgotten how to understand information if it’s not dumbed down that’s why most of the times you’re misunderstood! Intelligence matters!
