Just played with this the first time today. Really wish y’all would consider a different preset naming/storing method, more like Ecotech where presets can be labeled by name not just a colored circle. When creating multiple presets that don’t vary that much from each other in spectrum but have different intensities it becomes impossible to intuitively differentiate between them. You just end up having a bunch of bluish or purple circles in a row. Make it a menu of presets you can name and I guarantee people will be a lot happier.
Hi Kessil, why do these dongles cost 99 dollars in the US and 150 euros in Europe (which is 170 dollars)?
Because of this i refuse to buy one, it's a scam.
Every time I want to connect to my Kessils I need to go into my WiFi setting and select the dongle in my phone. Is that how it’s supposed to be?

Hi...Each group can have difernt program.. or all groups work the same program.

can anyone troubleshoot why my dongle will not connect to the wifi provided? I see it listed on my phone but the "working wheel" keeps spinning.

Unable to connect multiple phones to one dongle. Help.
Light on dongle goes from pink, to orange. then after scanning the code, I receive "Unable to join the network"
I cannot connect manually or through scanning the sticker code
Also tried reseting the dongle. no go.
After reseting the dongle, I'm in now.
In the app, I'm adjusting the sliders of colors, no response. I have no response on the light at all from the app.
My buys this shit when u can buy the red sea 90 looks and is 100 times better
