i work in an upscale restaurant with chefs who have worked in two star michelin restaurants. those two chefs practically live there (10+ hour days)-- i hope younger generations change the industry and that includes better work / life balance. good luck to you i can't wait to get out

I’ve never wanted to nor probably will ever go to culinary school but things like these are interesting to watch, especially because the processes are so complex, honestly beyond anything I would’ve ever expected. Best of wishes!

Yes dude...btw..so sad 😭 I lost my job as chef due to this covid...my hotel closed.. financial problem..after 15 years service..my suggestion to you, continue your study until master or PhD and get job as lecturer at the university.its better ..

how do you know if you have a passion or if its just an interest? I mean sometimes I want to live my life based off of food and just learning about it and other times I'm not, and if I'm not, how do I know what my career should be? I'm 16 and I want to go into culinary but how do I know I'm not wasting my money? my two options for my career path are both mentally challenging and I'm not ready for either but its the only thing I'm interested in( culinary or medical school)

Hi how are you doing I was in college since 2005 through 2016 it's hard I passed a couple of classes and I kept taking the same classes over til I found a college counselor
so jelous, i am the student of culinary in one uni and have to do online class during pandemic because my uni not allowed do offline class. I haven't wear the kitchen uniform yet :(( anyway stay safe and stay healthy :D
