Back in the summer season of 1961 I enjoyed Portlet beach every day. Interesting to see all those rocks. In those days only soft sugar sand. Must have been some powerful storms since then eh?
I just was there last week, the weather was cold and rainy most days, but I still managed to visit 5 of the 10 mentioned beaches, and enjoyed walking around them and on the cliffs. and i had 1 nice day with sun and some swimming
Brilliant content, professionally explained, minimum background music, camera position and stability spot on and only 278 subscribers ? Impossible! Kirsten you are going to be a serious UA-camr! Keep up the good work my love 😊🙏🏼
May anyone tell me if there is a Portelet Hotel still up and running. I've stayed in it back in 2008 I think. Right on top of the Portelet Bay. I can't find it anymore. I do remember it was going to be refurbished soon after we left it. Is it running under different name now or am I wrong all the way and it wasn't Portelet Hotel there in the first place?
Hi Stan, we’re not sure. There is a great pub right on top of Portelet Bay called the Portelet Inn, they may have had rooms to stay in at some point but not currently.
You'll need a second mortgage to afford taking your family to Jersey. Aim for the Mediterranean instead, guaranteed weather and better value. Jersey is OK for day trips or weekends. Look bargain weekend breaks which include accommodation.
I'm from Bangladesh and trying to come here but for lockdown problem in my country ,i can't get opportunity to participate ielts test,, in sha allah I'll come soon and soon
Spoilt for choice 😍
Exactly! Making this has inspired us to switch it up a bit more than we usually do!

Again we’re loving this. Our favourite is definitely Plemont. The caves are just stunning and it’s a huge Sandy beach too. Thanks for sharing x

Sounds great! Shame about the delayed Summer though. It's been scorching the last few weeks. Sunset swims for the win!
Beautiful video thank you!! How about a tour around restaurants , pubs ? Thank you
Thanks Raul! We’d love to show you around the restaurant and pubs, that one might take us a little longer to film 😁
