this bug works basically with any 1 time use item. If you manage to cancel the animation as you are trying to use the item, there is a chance that the effect will apply but the item will stay in your inventory. This also applies if you are getting attacked while drinking a potion and so on
Anything cool that you can't just get with potions this way? Maybe the +500 Exp swamp weed in Gothic 1, so you can get the bonus as well as give it to the Baal. Wait, is that a one time use effect, or not? If it works more than once, that'd be amazing. The other swamp weed rolls aren't worth it, they're one time use anyways, and it's not like you're hurting for ore. I guess it works with Food too, but that doesn't give you anything that potions can't... Does it work with books or maps? Though that wouldn't do much except give you some ore when you sell them. The Almanach gives +50 Exp once, if that could be duplicated it'd be interesting.
@@N1ghthavvk i don't think books such as Almanach will work but there is a possibility that the +500 exp swamp weed could work. And anything that you can consume, such as potions, swamp weed or food, will most likely work in my opinion. I only tested this with potions do you're welcome to comment if it works with other one time consumables too
@@Kacp3rrak Just tried the swamp weed and I misremembered, it doesn't give you 500 Exp when smoked, it gives you the sleep effect, just like for the Baal. I also didn't get it to work in Gothic 1, do I need to activate a specific control set? I could get into the water and with an open inventory, but couldn't get it to close again during the animation.
@@N1ghthavvk for Gothic 1 is a lil more tricky since you need to hold the Mouse Button and press forward key but trust me, it does work. You just gotta keep at it. Quickly pressing TAB and Right-Click in the water might do the trick. Like I said, it's not fully consistent but it is easy and fast to do

Stone Tablets can be easily duplicated by just pressing Ctrl (at a specific time) while you can't read them yet, as your hero tries to read them. Just spam it a bunch of times until you get the timing right and can do it reliably. There's also no risk, as the tablet will never be consumed if you can't read them yet. (It also works after you've learned reading, but you can only duplicate each of them once, because then they will be consumed too.)

Its working on switch version, but when you holding potion in hand you need to save and load to have it in the inventory, otherwise it disappear

Pretty sure this glitch works with any usable item so I don't see why it wouldn't work with tablets
