Gold Ore Processing Plant

- This video shows one of our very first gold ore processing systems. This footage was pulled from the archives, from over 10 years ago showing one of our first 1 ton per hour turnkey systems. We have made some improvements since this video, but the basic idea of crushing, grinding and gravity concentration of the gold on one of our shaker tables is still the same!
Check out some of the nice gold this guy was getting on his shaker table after grinding through his ball mill.

Holy cow!! I worked on this. This was a friends operation!! Wish I could have met you Jason when you were here.
Awesome! What general location in Utah is this? Don't need specifics. I'm in Utah and I'm just curious. If not, its ok too.
@@jodeath2000 the mill was located just a tad south of Richfield but the ore was trucked in from Nevada.
@dennisjensen6142 thanks! Utah processing of Nevada ore by Washington equipment. Lol nice! Thanks for the info!
Awesome! The evolution of Mount Baker, mining and metals love it!
Nice throwback Jason thanks for sharing this six stars brother
Great job all around fam. Keep on having fun getting that Au and living the dream. Gold Squad Out 🤠
Thanks for all you’ve been doing and posting Jason, been great to follow along the journey and really hope your mine works out well
Love this Jason, Think I have nearly been right back through all your uploads. I wonder how much these guys have upgraded the equipment, I'd like to have a about 3 shaker tables connected one after the other.
Awesome to see how far you've come.
The evolution is so cool to see! Thanks for sharing. You make amazing equipment!
I think you should provide a lovely dog (like the one shown) with all of your turnkey systems. Somebody has to guard that gold. 🐕❤️
It's interesting seeing this process, I never knew how it worked. Thanks for the video.
Very nice set up!
man we need more longer videos
Good retro.
Hoping you're mine comes out 3 oz per ton..
This reminds me of equipment I used run in the mid 70's
Cool video!
Jason, you treat us so right!
Very Nice Gold Processing Facility ⛏️
During smelting would they put steel in it to contribute iron for sulfide scavenging? If so then why pull out the steel dust and chips?
wow! Is the channel 12-13 years old already? Why yes it is! We missed the Channel's birthday
Will you be doing for bags of crush on eBay again? Those 100 sold out so fast…
This is do awesome !!
So awesome.. need to start scanning my stuff before sending lol 😅
Move that stuff up to the mine!
You had my attention at the # two hole😅
Whats with all the AI BUTTS lol! Cool stuff Jason.
Spent a lot of time working on crushers. This is actually quite quiet.
When this ball mill was running I could hear it from almost a mile away. This was a friends operation and I spent many days working down there

Ok cool
I got boat loads of platinum to smelt if you wanna do some. Out of 200 pounds I donated maybe 5+ to charity but the rest can be crafted into items or melted down.
👍
That's some water hardener you've got there.
What no belt wipers? Loosing gold!
The confuser says you are Ave, gotcha
Howdy
I'm not sure if this is entertaining or you're just trying to sell equipment...but I'm guessing both😂😂❤❤
I have silver alloy containing copper, zinc, lead, cadmium
Alloy having 50% silver content I want to recover all silver without any loss of silver, suppose 1kg alloy with 50% silver content that means 55gm pure silver present in my alloy I want back all 500gm silver more than 98% purity...
looks cold. no bueno.
Hai jason spik indonesia?
Ill give you 100,000 dollars if you drank a spoonful of black sand and gold flakes. If you dont accept the challenge i get 50,000 and an interview, and ill do my own challenge. If this gets 50 likes ill double the bet
I'm 100 ⁹ % serious
Huh?
@@johntenhave1 let's get some weird challenges going
So do you ever just donate the older and smaller equipment to smaller operations that can't afford to really buy all that??
Because I know for a fact a lot of those smaller mining operations that have your equipment in those other countries you go to can't really afford all that... Especially in those African countries. Most of them had to do all that by hand simply because they couldn't afford that kind of equipment.. just like some of us can't here in the States.
Perhaps you might help out by donating two years wages ?how does that sound to you , all to a good cause of course.
This comment is ridiculous. Ask the government for a handout before you ask a local business. Maybe ole Joe can help you out!! Lmao.
😅😅😅 Mining equipment manufacturers are among the greediest businesses in the entire world.
No way he donates unless he makes a buck somewhere.
@@dodgeit3014 yeh most certainly crybaby trump wouldn't either! The government is all for shutting mining down, not help anybody that tries to make a living.
Commercial gold mining crushes all the ore into a powder and separates and smelts the gold powder - boring
@$2160 a ounce I will take boring all day long!
@@Calgold49 yup I’m sure it’s lucrative- boring to watch tho
